I was awaiting a parcel. I left my porch unlocked and the delivery driver made no attempt to open it or ring my doorbell. Just put the parcel on my bin, stood there briefly and took it away before i could do anything. Because of this it has been marked as unable to receive twice and now is being returned to the sender but i thought there was meant to be three attempts? And to be honest these weren't really attempts either so very disappointed with the service this time especially when i had a parcel from ups earlier this week and they just left it in my porch without even having to ring my doorbell.

If it was 0 star I would happily use it. No need to question the total star ratings for that Depot. We have a bussines at Resort World and they are trying to deliver a parcel since Thursday. Not a residential area a shopping center with security organised delivery areas and internal communication. Not only they have failed to do so but also called us this morning that the driver will be at 10.00 sharp and someone's needs to wait for him. We'll still nothing and we have bussiness to do instead of waiting outside their driver. A really rude lady called us this morning to pass the message if you are not there at 10.00am driver will leave.Well we are here given your driver 10 minutes but no show up. You have the details you deliver the parcel or let someone else do the job for you as you seem unable.

Do not use these idiots three days waiting in for one parcel .driver said he was covering this round. My address is not in their system So couldn’t find me .after spending two days on the phone to their no help department being frustrated by them is an understatement.was promised on day one somebody from Tamworth depot would ring me never happened even though it was requested by the no help department.three times then to be charged £86 for import duty on a second hand motorcycle wheel that is 30 years old and only cost 250 euro is an absolute joke as its nearly 33% of the item this cannot be right .if I could give no stars I would .when buying anything else i will make sure UPS Tamworth have nothing to do with it .can’t wait for their generic we don’t care reply that they give to everyone (probably most customers)

My Parcel has been with you guys for 3 weeks now. The first 2 weeks it was hold because the address was incorrect, it wasn't incorrect at all it was right...... we cleared that up

It was meant to be delivered yesterday. The driver didn't show up but updated the system to say he couldn't take the customs charge. Course he couldn't he didn't show.

I called last night, was told it would be delivered today

Guess what surprise surprise, no delivery - driver apparently couldn't collect payment. Called Customer services, escalated it was told that it has been escalated to the depo and I can expect a call back in the next hour

Call never happened. So have called Customer Services again and had the most painful call of my life. In short they cant deliver it to my address as they have tried to deliver it twice?!?!?!?!?! lies

They now want me to drive over 50 miles each way to collect the bloody hing myself

Is someone having a laugh. I really think someone is on the wind up

I dropped off a small parcel in person, it was measured, and weighed by a UPS member of staff (who was lovely, I have no complaint against her), and I paid for this parcel to be delivered in cash. The parcel arrived over a week late. I have since received an invoice for an extra GBP140. I have called twice, sent several emails, and I'm still awaiting resolution, it's taken over a month now. I've entered the exact weight and dimensions, the address details into the UPS website and the online quote given was exactly what I paid. Today, I received a late payment fine. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They really don't deserve the 1 star I'm forced to give.

The amount of stress caused by this company is remarkable. The online tracking tool is all over the place, changes all the time. You get not communication regarding customs / duty whatsoever and instead you have to just check the UPS tracking tool to see when / what is owed. The 'pay online' option simply doesn't work. It just refreshes and asks you to try again. When you then call to pay over the phone, you're given a transaction number once payment is received, but the tracking doesn't update that you've paid and no email confirmation is given. The customer care team seem to have numerous departments (do you really need that many?), but none of them seem to be able to help you and you get passed around constantly. I've made 12 calls to the support team in a week and have been promised delivery days that haven't materialised and I've been promised call backs from staff 'immediately to resolve' that haven't happened either. At one point I was told 'stay close to your phone, someone will ring back straight away' and this of course didn't happen. It's hard to establish exactly what the purpose of the tracking tool or the support team is? I can't reiterate just how much I would advise avoiding this company.

Awful experience.
Package hasn’t been collected.
I have constantly had to call a call centre for an update. Eventually a member of staff calls back on a withheld number from the Tamworth office. I am told that UPS don’t cover the specific area where my parcel is, and a separate agency has to cover it. A couple more hours pass and yet again I am chasing for an update. The update is “the package wasn’t there” which was a lie.

I am now awaiting a call back as the package has now not been collected for 2 days. You have one job UPS and yet you are clearly an incompetent courier company. At this rate I would rather have a refund and drive from London to Loughborough and back. This would be a 6 hour round trip and I have wasted my days off from work chasing this.

My parcel is being sent overseas, but is being held up as UPS claim they have no customs invoice despite the fact there are 3 copies of the invoice clearly attached to the outside of the parcel. UPS are pathetic and incompetent.
