This company will tourture you, they will make you cry, never come close to them, don't talk to them. just wow, who are this people. one proccess makes ages, they ask for money by error, they do all the mistakes one company can make.one change, takes 4-5 month, then when you call wait on the phone for 20 minute or more....

This is not reliable service at all. Pay Zone sales person "Isaac Frempong" came to our shop to sell payment terminal at the rate of 0.02% transaction fee and explained all glory things about Pay Zone dashboard etc. After few weeks we have noticed we are getting so many letter from Barclay Card asking for PCI and start charging 2% transaction fee. So i contacted Mr. Isaac about huge variation in charges. Issac came to our shop again apologising for the mistake asked to sign Barclay card documents to switch to 0.02% and agreed to refund previous extra charge in next month bill. Now it is almost 6 weeks and nothing has happened. And another worst thing our many with Pay Zone is that ... Pay Zone doesn't have a dashboard to see transaction put through ... phoned Pay Zone customer services who recommended to wait for end of month paper bill ... DON"T EVEN THINK OF GETTING PAY ZONE TO USE AT YOU BUSINESSES.

If you call Pay Zone.... customer service ask to speak with Barclays ... if you call Barclays ... they speak ask you to speak with Pay Zone.

Worst sals guys "Issac" ... i dealt with so far and worst company Pay Zone.

Next step toward this to take an action with FAS.

Worst experience! They say anything to get you signed! terrible service and good luck to those are in contract with them. I Wish I checked the reviews before got in contract with them. Our business was closed and we called them in the middle of the first year to cancel the account. They said we have to pay an early termination fee which is much higher than what we were expecting to pay to keep it until the end of the contract. So we decided to leave it aside. Now our contract was supposed to end this week so we called them to get the end date and to return the terminal. They said we have opted for auto renewal and there is no way we can cancel the account until next year and apparently there is no early termination. So because of their terminal we are going to end up paying roughly £70 per month for nothing and for 12 MONTHS! The agent who came to us to introduce PayZone didn't mention anything about the auto renewal and termination notice. Spoke to the supervisor twice and both times he said he will get back to me but never did. Every time I call them and explain they kept transferring to different person. WORST!

Payzone is rated at 0 stars. They answer sales phone so quickly but when it comes to customer service you have to wait hours on the phone to be answered. This company has taken money out of my account on multiple occasions wrongly - and when I have called them to question why they have taken money out 3 times in the month summing up to £200 - they say they can't find it then when I say I have proof quickly find it and tell me it will be refunded. After the said date it was still not refunded so I called back and they said it hadn't even been raised. This company will jeopardize your business as well as your mental health. There are so many hidden costs that they do not state in initial meeting with you, or via email or within the contract.

My contract finished in September, but yesterday, they took more than £400 from my account. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Whoever has got contract with them already, be careful.

Well british gas betrayed me big time. I had to travel 11 miles to this address which meant to be 24h but it was closed at 12:05 am. Tomorrow will cancel British gas for sure.
