We always go here for our timber now. Super friendly team, both on the phone and in person. Very competitive prices too. It’s easy to support local business when the service is so good.

Good pricing and same day delivery - plus a follow up call the next day on an item that was out of stock. Have used for three large jobs recently. Couldn't ask for better service. My supplier of choice.

What’s not to love about Hemmings? Reasonable prices, they have a really well stocked yard and are happy to let me be fussy over which bits of timber I choose. lovely bunch of girls and boys and often a lovely doggie or two running about!

Small family business I’ve known and trusted for years, ruined by the awful, rude and aggressive woman who answers the telephone. There can be no excuses or covering up from the good lads at Hemings for her behaviour like in other reviews, this is how she treats most people.

Great service by the yard team and the inside shop staff. Very quick and easy collection of goods. Best place for all the timber and ply.

I paid for a load decking late yesterday I asked if they deliver, they said yes but it would have to be tomorrow. First thing this morning 18 x 3.6 metre lengths of decking were delivered to my front door.
