Quick and easy service, the team in the shop called me the day after ordering to confirm that they have the order and kept me updated.
Delivery was brilliant too, brilliant driver with a brilliant customer attitude.

Will order from them again in the future.

As an avid DIY’er, I’m always thoroughly impressed with Alsford, Worthing. High quality timber, great customer services and easy, fast delivery.
I actually tried a slightly cheaper supplier for timber decking last year. The quality was nowhere near as good as Alsford. As a result, it has been ripped up and replaced with decent timber from Alsford. Thanks very much guys - keep up the good work.

Brilliant Service went out of his way to find the product I wanted, unfortunately no longer made. But tried many alternatives. Highly recommend easy to park as well .

Poor customer service. My builder brought a window board for me. Cut it to size and then realised it was split in the middle of the board.My
builder took it back to Alsford and they refused to change it. The service was rude and in the end I had to pay twice for one window board.
Do not use unless you have too.
