Rosehill Post Office

Very rude and arrogant staff. Treat Asian and Black customers rudely (Sadly I least expected this difference coming from Asian staff who should understand better!). I have experienced this several times and writing the review after several experiences. Very unfortunate, it spoils the whole day. Customer service should be based on a basic level of courtesy and care with no difference in treatment of people based on their skin colour and gender.

Always leave with the feeling that they are not interested in serving us and want to push us away as soon as we arrive at the counter. Very insulting behaviour specially when one is in the que for several minutes waiting for the turn to be ignored and pushed away like a unwanted creature at the first opportunity and mili second spent on the counter....

Excellent service as always. The only post office that hasn't closed or reduced their hours during all the national lockdown. I digitally renewed my passport and driving license within 5 minutes of arriving. I look forward to visiting again.

Very poor service not Postoffice but costcutter. No pleasing way just rude and showing anger towards customers. Its Covid and festive time. Postoffice timings may be vary but people travelling from far hoping going to post delivery when Postoffice closed small comfort answer from till attendant makes customer bit comfortable. Had to buy some groceries,
intension of buying those groceries but didn't feel comfortable by hearing addressing MAN to customer. We are in public need to know how to communicate. Why he so stressed to attend customers putting head on till and showing no intrest to talk. Still waiting him to lift head from till after that looking at me eye contact for 20 seconds without any word of talk. How strange situation.....

Very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all…. I won’t recommend to my friends and colleagues. No chance… I’m happy to look for another post office in the area and do business there instead.. he does not deserve any star at all..

The service here is fast and professional, hardly any queue's unlike the main Sutton office in WHSmiths, The staff are efficiant helpful and polite, and could not do more to aid and assist. I now go here instead of the Sutton post office.
