UPDATE Actually I was asked to leave a positive review before they would dispatch. We have since discovered the bollards are not fit for purpose as we’ve had so many problems with them e.g. Keys not working so extremely difficult to open and close. And now two completely fill up with water - so what happens in the winter when the water freezes!!!!

Ordered 3 bollards unfortunately they were damaged in transit, my husband spoke to Shakirul who was extremely helpful and apologetic. We sent photos via email and replacements arrived the next day, excellent customer service couldn’t be happier.

I am extremely pleased with the product which is a spacious smoking shelter and the staff especially Luckman who was so very helpful and is a credit to the company.
