Lovely hat but didn't last very long. Meant to be something you can fold up and store and put in your pocket but mine split on folds and ended up after about a year with lots of holes and looked like I had dragged it through a hedge and back a few times. I got in touch with the company who said they could do nothing without a receipt which most people are unlikely to have after a year so VERY EXPENSIVE HAT considering looks like a wreck after approx 10 wears! I would not buy as they offered no resolve. They didn't even want to see the hat to learn from the mess so it went in the bin. Very poor customer service and lack of care for future customers!

I ordered a water resistant hat from Proppa Toppa at the weekend and was thrilled when it arrived, beautifully packed, yesterday. The colour (deep blue) is absolutely gorgeous, more of a purple-blue which I absolutely adore. Thank you so much. I love my new hat and will be ordering a sunhat when the weather warms up.

Emailed a day or so before placing the order to ask if the hat I liked could be tightened. Got an instant response saying yes; placed the order a couple of days later and received the hat shortly after that with a handwritten note saying they'd tightened it for me! Talk about personal care, thoughtfulness and attention. The hat (waterproof, large brim butterfly hat) is absolutely gorgeous, REALLY well made and robust, will last me for years and looks sensational on me. So thrilled with the quality and the service.

What a brilliant Hat Shop. My sister and niece shopped online together and ordered 3 hats - one for the UK and two for Australia. The hats arrived quickly and were even more beautiful than we imagined. The finish is excellent and we will definitely be ordering from Proppa Toppa again!
