If I could rate dreams zero I would. To start of with the two guys that delivered the mattress did not care about marking my walls and banister whilst delivering my mattress which I complained about (no apology recieved) Then once checking the mattress, I was shocked on how bad it smelled of plastic/rubber, I've had the mattress a month now and it still stinks of rubber and it has already started to leave a permanent dip nearly half an inch deep on the surface of the top layer of the mattress. I then had a closer look at the mattress and found a lot of threads coming out the stitching and loose threads (approximately 50-60 loose threads and 3 places stitching coming out). With a struggle with dreams they booked an inspection team to look at it. On looking at the mattress he said he has not seen a mattress in such a poor quality before and the fact that they marked it faulty and should of not left the factory. He said I should get compensation but I have not recieved any compensation. I am now waiting till I recieve a replacement mattress. I think dreams is an absolute disgrace and wish i went somewhere else! Avoid dreams! Bad quality and a total rip off of your money.
To update, on receiving the second mattress with a few faults again! I have immediately refused it on delivery. No where as bad as the Therapur Actigel mattress but still when I'm paying nearly £1,300 for a mattress I expect quality not stitching coming out, threads hanging out and any dirty mark on the mattress. I will never ever go to dreams again and regret not going to sleep shop as I've had a mattress from them before and it was great quality and better prices. Now I am waiting for my refund from dreams. Added pictures below of Therapur ActiGel plus Response 3200 K mattress. The people working at Dreams in Lincoln have been good and helpful and with regards to the bad quality of mattresses being delivered I do not think it's there fault as they are just doing there job which is to sell mattresses. The problem here is that the mattresses don't seem to be quality checked and some of the delivery drivers need to be trained properly on how to not damage peoples homes. The last delivery drivers were so much better than the last ones and actually took care when delivering the mattress.

This shop has a really good range of beds & the customer service was second to none. Very knowledgeable. The experience was very pleasurable, shopping should always be like this !!! We haven't got our bed yet so will do an update on the delivery service later, and the quality of the bed, we only actually only brought the base of the bed as got a mattress from somewhere else a few months ago. But the quality of the base in the shop was top notch, but not top price. Very reasonable prices and a variety of price ranges to suit everyone to. I would recommend visiting Dreams as your 1st chose .

I was able to book an appointment online with a member of staff. I was greeted by name when I entered the store and was asked a few questions about my sleeping habits before using the sleep machine to “measure” me and recommend suitable mattresses. I was then shown these by a very professional member of staff. I was then given all the time I needed to make my decision. Overall it was a very enjoyable and safe experience.

Wonderful and safe shopping experience. We wanted an ottoman bed and mattress and had visited other sites and stores trying to purchase them. Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful from the minute we entered the store and he showed us a number of options from which we eventually made our choice. Perfect customer experience and we would happily recommend Dreams and Andy

Went into the store and received very helpful and friendly service. I had a few questions that were answered well. I really appreciated the member of staff who I spoke to who was just so helpful.

It was surprisingly busy for a Friday night, who'd have thought that this bed shop would be the place to be on a Friday night?

Terrible experience. No communication following a failed delivery, lengthy wait for the redelivery date and Dreams unwilling to compensate us for their dissapointing service. Very surprised.

The staff at this store were very helpful and pleasant, and the delivery and assembly of our bed was good and efficient. However, the expensive bed we bought turned out to be made with MDF and broke easily, and buying their service plan with 'accidental cover' is a complete waste of time. They wriggle out of
claims, even as far as putting false details on the report. The staff in the store appear to know this, but will do their utmost to sell insurance anyway, and will seemingly try to sneak a service plan onto the cost of the bed without bringing your attention to it. We will not be returning to any Dreams stores, and definitely do not recommend them.
