Dreams Fareham

I bought my TV bed here five years ago and still love it now. The staff have always been helpful when I have gone in, but they don't pounce on you immediately which I appreciate. Advice and guidance at the time I bought my bed was first rate :)

I wanted an inexpensive mattress for the spare room. I was approached by a staff member who first recommended an expensive mattress despite me saying I wanted a cheap one, typical salesman but fine, I get it! I was hoping to just walk out with a mattress there and then so was guided to a selection of vac packed mattresses. When I settled on one I was told it wasn't in stock but it would be back in stock a few days later. They even checked the computer and confirmed the order. I explained that I only lived a short walk away so I would pop back. When I returned the day they were due, I was told that they thought they were going to come in but hadn't received any. The best they could do was recommend a 50 minute round trip to get one from another store. Perplexed, I ordered a product online from someone else. It was half the price and arrived within a few days.

Visited Dreams in fareham yesterday and was greeted by Ed. Took the sleep match test which is a brilliant idea. Ed was brilliant and his knowledge of the best products for my needs was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and understanding. I didn't feel rushed and was made to feel very relaxed and safe with the measures they have in place. Such a lovely change to experience great customer service and no pushy salespeople. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I recently bought two beds from my local Fareham store, I can honestly say my experience was absolutely amazing. Niel, the manager went over and above his duties to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I had a few problems and Neil was very professional in the way he helped me. A big thank you to Neil and his team.

Also, your delivery drivers were very courteous and understanding as I asked them to remove their shoes when delivering and they were more than happy to do so.

We went shopping at dreams in Fareham for a mattress for our 10 year old daughter, who is extremely tall for her age. Ed was fantastic, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress. Service was fantastic and the processes in place in store during Covid-19 are brilliant. The experience in the store was excellent. Jennifer who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgable about the product ranges. We picked the right bed for my daughter’s requirements and her being able to test the mattress and physically made a huge difference. The Fareham store was great despite it not being our local store (we are in South Oxfordshire).

Friendly, helpful staff and great new hi-tech sleep-match machine. Our lovely sales assistant Jennifer was a great help in choosing the right bed for us. Highly recommend this store.

Hard work buying anything these days. Salespeople are so unprofessional and do not even try to ascertain demands and needs. Everything is procedural and checklist with nothing attempted to complete a profile or assessment of wants. The problem is that they don't train the public regarding their procedures!
