Have yet to go ahead with our bed purchase however I wanted to come on to share our fantastic experience today in store with Ian showing us around and sharing his expertise. Ian wasn’t pushy at all, he was very thorough and gave us time to look without feeling rushed or that we had to purchase on the spot, but focussed on taking the time to get the right mattress for us, whilst also keeping our 4 year old happy providing paper and colouring pencils and such lovely friendly staff sitting with her while we looked around! If you need help finding a mattress and want someone knowledgeable, passionate and who cares about top class customer service, go to this store.

What an amazing experience. My bed is well overdue for replacement and I had no idea how technical a bed or mattress needs can be. The help advice and none pushy way we were treated with was exactly how a shopping experience should be. We dealt with the store manager who was full of information and answered everything we asked. Her detailed knowledge great jokey manner and the fact she laughed at my dad jokes despite the tuts from the other half was refreshing. We got a great deal and although a bed isn't cheap we left completely happy and satisfied. If you need anything bed wise go here.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. There is no pressure sales techniques and nothing is too much trouble for them. Anita who served me was very thorough and made sure i was getting the right product, she is a real asset to Dreams.

I was served by Anita, I had previously bought a mattress from bensons for beds but decided to cancel that order and buy both the bed and mattress from dreams, great customer service, very friendly and thorough to make sure I found what I needed, was made to feel very welcome and comfortable and even had a nice coffee.
