Dreams Maidstone

First the ambience of the store was exceptional and the staff were wonderful to say the least. My husband and I were put on the sleep match and the perfect mattress was selected for us, this helped to cut down the time we would spend sampling out mattresses that would be best suited for us. We had a member of staff Zach guide through our selection of mattress that was best suited for us.

We were unable to make our payment on the day of selection but by the next day when I came back after a hard day at work and from the cold, the store was still open with the store manager Zarvi who remembered me from the day before and greeted me with a smile. I still had some doubts which he addressed happily and patiently.

Did I mention that I was offered and served some hot chocolate upon my arrival that evening which really went a long way to make me comfortable. The payment options were carefully explained to me and I was guided to the best option for payment. And the delivery date for my mattress was about 4 days from when my order was made. We were also able to get pillows and mattress protector.

I really don’t know how to express my satisfaction at the service my husband and I received at the store. Just want to say it’s dreams all the way. Thank you Zach, Zarvi and dreams.

I was a bit uncomfortable at first looking for my first ever bed to buy but I was quite surprised with this experience. Was greeted but left to browse around the store without being followed which happened to the first bed store we went at the Aylesford Retail Park.
One of the staff offered me a latte which was very nice. I even got some nice biscuits which was an added bonus. Showroom was spacious and clean and I was able to choose my bed promptly. What really helped was that machine I tried. It did a 3D image of us to give us the correct mattress guide. Very high tech. Impressed.
I dealt with one staff and the manager who were both very polite. No pressure like the other places I have been too. Extremely satisfied. Thank you once again.

My partner and I were served today by a very amiable guy called Zak who couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The other staff in the store seemed very friendly too. My partner was so pleased with his purchase of an orthopaedic bed and we both said the service was second to none. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with you. Thank you again.

We visited the Maidstone store last week. From the minute we arrived we received amazing service. The store manager dealt with us. He was informative and not at all pushy. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find our perfect mattress. Despite social distancing measures being in place we felt relaxed in store. We would highly recommend Dreams Maidstone.

Excellent wide range of beds. I went in store on 10.10.20 to buy a memory foam pillow. They had a reasonable sized range . It was just a shame that although there were staff free no one came to help me, they lost out on a sale. Probably because I was only looking at the pillows : ) I went next door and brought one instead. Great store, shame about the rest of my experience .

Awful service. After browsing with no reception from staff was told the bed l wanted was no longer available in a double something about the material not available 😄, l asked if l could have showroom one if it was discontinued .. no need that to sell the 4ft and single. Well different story at Gillingham branch, so welcomed, purchased the bed l wanted, lots of offers given, l was even served a very lovely cup of coffee whilst pipework completed. l felt like returning to do a julia Robert's "big mistake"! lost commission there!

We visited the Maidstone store on a warm Sunday morning and could not have been more impressed with how Cliff handled our queries and questions. He was kind, polite, had a great level of humility and explained everything thoroughly. The sleep maker machine is great because we had no idea what type of mattress we needed. Outstanding customer service, it really couldn't get any better! Themi (the manager) was an absolute pleasure to deal with, super helpful but also gave me my space to try the beds, really friendly environment and very accomodating. Hooked me up with a chilled bottle of water within minutes. Genuine guy and a good laugh. Using the Sleepmatch machine we zeroed in on some potential beds then had the perfect one picked out within 10 minutes, no hassle at all. Really made the usually arduous task of mattress shopping easy and pleasant. No sales gimmicks or pressuring tactics whatsoever. Can't recommend enough, will be recommending friends every single time. Many thanks to Themi and the rest of the team!
