I have used many of mechanics over the years that I've been in business. I've used ben Thompson autos now for over 7 years, himself and is team have always been there to advise and always have repaired any of my vehicles to the highest standard you would expect . Never had any issues other than little snags but alway sorted as expected. Brilliant service. Was sceptical of shopping round and using a local garage as I’d always used the Mercedes dealership but wow, literally half the price saving hundreds of pounds, great service. Will definitely use again. Can’t recommend enough!

Cannot recommend enough!! First time using Ben and I’ll never go elsewhere! From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible.
To cut a very long story short, I brought a discovery sport from a dealer and within a few months the gearbox needed to be replaced. As you can imagine, I was totally at a loss and petrified of costs and being without a car until it was fixed.
Ben reassured me the day he got the car collected that he would take care of it and I didn’t need to worry. Well, he is a man of his word! He dealt with the warranty company, he kept me UPTO date with the process and replaced the whole gear box within a day of receiving it. No fluff and a totally honest guy with an incredible service.
Thankyou so much Ben, I’ll be recommending to absolutely everyone and will never use another garage again!

I’ve used this garage for years, I trust them to do the work with my classics and they do all the modern cars to. Never had any problems, I also take the family's cars there. Everyone there is nice and friendly and I would recommend to anyone.
