This is one of my regular places , for treatment, Shame about the lift's constantly not working. Called in today lift's working fine. Back in six weeks .By the way staff are fantastic. On my latest visit to level 6 we had a fun time pretending the lift was a rocket taking off for space, we safely landed at ground floor. You have to have some fun in your life.

Disgusting that I have to pay £2 for a minimum of 2 hours to park, just to see a doctor. Who stays in the doctors two hours anyway?
Also it's free if I'm using the gym.

Doctors are ok but not great.
Leisure wise, great!

Multi-function building housing pool and gym facilities, medical practices and a health centre. It’s a little difficult to navigate and the lifts are very slow. However, the biggest problem is the lack of adequate parking space. Lots of cars circulating the loop looking for a space. Most of the parking spaces are too narrow. Park for free across Church Street in the shopping centre but you risk a fine if overstaying.

Attended dermatologist for a minor procedure/biopsy, the doctor Dr Raza and his assistant were polite, efficient and explained everything well to me. I was extremely satisfied with everything that was done for me. And didn’t feel a thing. Thank you.

The staff were excellent and I have no issues with the treatments offered, however j called in today to complete a form for my daughter and was stung with parking for £2 for 2 hours which is fine unless you are only there for 10 minutes as I was. They used to offer the 40 mins as drew where has this gone ..not good if your going to see the doctors and only need to be ther for a short time

Just what you need for a medical centre. Clean, light and airy, plenty of lifts and escalator. Plenty of different specialist departments within the building, all with their own waiting rooms.
There is an out of hours emergency service for certain conditions such as urine infections.
Plenty of parking, including parking for the disabled.
There is also a public swimming pool and gym within the building.
Walking distance from the town centre.
