Absolute shambles. A family member has been waiting on a prescription for nearly a month with over 4 phone calls and 2 visits to try an rectify the issue. The idiot at the counter seemed totally aghast that i asked her to actually look into it and do her job. If you can use another surgery outside this shambolic willow group i suggest you do.

I visited this medical centre for the first time tonight via the out of hours 111 service. I saw the reviews before I left and my heart sank a little bit.

I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. I don’t understand why this only has 1.8 stars?

I think a lot of people take the NHS for granted and don’t appreciate how hard the staff work and go out of their way sometimes. Where else can you see a nurse or GP at 10pm for free?

I’m very grateful this service exists and think people should realise how much worse off they would be if it wasn’t for the overstretched staff who are trying their best to accommodate everyone

Completely failed to diagnose my friends brain tumor?? Sent him home with symptoms that were debilitating with little or no follow up or contact. A simple call to an optician to try and alleviate the eye sight issue was enough for the optician to recommend him going straight to hospital where he stayed for four days before getting his diagnosis ??

My partner attended this practice at 8 am this morning and was spoken to in a very disrespecting way by the receptionist. You see notices saying please respect the staff. Hang on!!!!
Doesn't that work both ways......the administration staff are dreadful.
Extremely disappointed in some areas of the NHS.

Saw 2 lovely Receptionists at Forton Medical Centre this morning, 22/9/22. Had to make 3 appointments. All done with great efficiency. Thank you very much.

I have not had a bad experience. I have always recived exellent service from reception, nurse's and doctors. I would always recommend them. Thank you

Difficult to get GP or Nurse appointments lately, no appointments available on Patient Access as well to book

I've been managing a long term condition for 10 years and in the last 6 months, this doctor has set me right back, he managed to undo years of work. Only gets 1 star because it won't let me give 0, if you're looking for a new surgery, avoid the willow group at all costs
