You can't get to see a doctor for love nor money. Since covid I've seen one medical assistant and spoken to one doctor, which was a total waste of time. Actually getting a time slot speak to a doctor is nigh on impossible.

Poor experience. Receptionist was not professional. Its simple if you unable to help people and going to turn them away do it with respect.

I have seen & spoken to a few doctors about a serious condition & all I get back from them are things like I have wax in my ear?? I have a slight chest infection which I was given antibiotics for that in my opinion I didn't need as these things have no relevance in regards to my condition.
Why am I not being referred to the right place / person to investigate the ongoing problem? I'm quite shocked at the unprofestionlism of some of the doctors at this surgery. I seem to be going around in circles & am still having to go back with this same complaint.

4 Receptionists.

1 on phone telling all callers there were no appointments

1 taking Xmas Tree down

2 others doing something else. Not sure what

In a queue of two, took about 15 minutes. Shambles

Sorry, can't give zero stars

My Fiancee was booked in for an emergency appointment through the 111 service. She came into the surgery on time, but once the receptionist saw she was not a normally registered patient they refused to even check the system for her appointment. They were so rude that she left in floods of tears. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a team which should be caring for people in need.

Totally dysfunctional. Asked to make an appointment in April, still trying. No on-line appointments, telephone calls impossible, queue of 15 and from experience each call takes at least 5 minutes, therefore possible wait of 1.25 hours to ask for appointment which should take all of 60 seconds. you only get 5 minutes with the doctor when you get through and I only need to see the nusre.
