Thank you so so so much, Lisa! My hair has been falling for some time, maybe 2-3 years, and the volume has decreased so much that my ponytail was not more than the circumference of a 50p coin! I’ve found Lisa through the Institute of Trichologist webpage and had my first appointment in Oct 2020 and it took a few months of treatment to get where I am now but the results are incredible and very noticeable, especially when I hold my hair. The volume is almost back to my normal and we could see on my last appointment lots of new hairs coming. It was worth single every penny I invested and I couldn’t recommend Lisa’s services enough.

Lisa made me feel at ease when I felt quite self conscious about my scalp condition. She was so knowledgeable, she helped me get the correct diagnosis for my scalp condition and also the correct treatment. She was always so friendly and went above and beyond to help whenever she could. I couldn't recommend her services enough, I have already recommended her to many friends. I'm almost a little sad that my scalp condition has cleared up so won't need to have as many treatments now. Thank you Lisa for all your help and I will see you soon.

I was a new customer to the clinic & live a fair distance away, but after reading the super reviews, I was willing to travel to see a professional.
As soon as I arrived at the clinic, Lisa met me straight away, she was friendly and professional & put me a ease with a big smile.

I have had significant hair loss for some time, I was lacking confidence & was pretty nervous about the appointment, but after a very informative & detailed consultation & with Lisa's knowledge, I was left feeling super happy.

& she gave me life changing advice when it comes to using the correct products for my hair type & how to use them. This amazed me as I thought I knew everything!
Lisa then carefully looked through my hair & used also the microscope, so I too could see the detail & condition oh the hair follicle & scalp, which is fascinating.

Its such a reassuring feeling knowing I have the support of Lisa.

Lisa is wonderful and has helped me so much with my hair (and my sanity whilst I was going through my hair loss phase!).

I started losing my hair quite significantly which, naturally, caused me a lot of upset and worry. I was on all sorts of hair loss forums and sites which only ignited my anxiety. Thankfully I then booked a consultation with Lisa. She was so understanding - even before my consultation, she could tell how anxious I was from my message so she shuffled her diary around to see me a little earlier to try and alleviate my worries as quickly as possible.

Lisa conducted a thorough consultation and listened and empathised throughout. She suggested that I had experienced Telogen Effluvium (TE) and reassured me that whilst upsetting, it was temporary and that my hair would grow back. This was such a relief. Importantly, Lisa encouraged me to come off all of the forums as anxiety and stress can lead to further episodes of TE and instead, she suggested that I just let it run its course whilst focussing on taking care of my hair, my wellbeing and my physical health.

I bought the Mediceuticals set from her which included a topical treatment to encourage blood flow to my scalp. I use this religiously and it has been fantastic. I have also made some dietary changes and introduced more protein and healthy fats into my diet.

These pictures show the regrowth after just one month! I was over the moon! Lisa provided me with so much encouragement and support throughout this horrible period, I cannot thank her enough. I now go every 6 weeks for a steam treatment, not because I have to but because it really improves the condition of my hair and has helped with breakage (it also comes with a gorgeous head massage!).

I cannot recommend Lisa enough. If you have any hair or scalp issues, do not hesitate to contact her in the first instance as she is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and helps to provide real results.

Would highly recommend seeing Lisa if you have worries or anxiety about hair loss. She put me at ease, explained what was happening and kept me involved at every stage. I feel better having had a proper diagnosis with someone who really understands.
For a women hair loss is a big deal and it is nice to be able to see someone who is empathetic, I feel in control of the situation now!

I visited Lisa after going to the GP for hair loss, low mood and energy and brain fog. I just wish I had found her before! Lisa immediately put me at ease, and has a very friendly and welcoming manner. She explained everything clearly, including the results of my blood tests, what they meant and formulated a plan to move forward. Nearly three months on, my hair loss has improved no end, I am feeling so much better and Lisa is still in contact with me, making sure things are working. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I contacted Lisa in December 2022 due to months of excessive hair shedding, numerous GP visits, generic blood tests and no answer as to what could be causing it! Lisa was absolutely fantastic, professional and so knowledgable. She immediately put me at ease and after a thorough examination of my hair and scalp was able to diagnose the issues and explain the specific blood tests I needed to ask my GP for. I had these more specific blood tests done and I finally had the answer! Lisa was brilliant and gave me a phone consult to explain my blood levels and give a very detailed bespoke treatment plan. I am so happy and without Lisa I never would have got to the root cause of my hair thinning. I only wish I had gone to see her sooner and cannot reccommend her highly enough! Lisa has been nothing less than helpful and patient, giving expert and scientific advice and support simply. I’ve dealt with hair loss for almost 10years with it getting worse in the last 2-3years and Lisa has been so quick with identifying potential issues whilst also striking out concerns I had regarding causes.

What’s more having had a terrible experience with „hair specialists“ in the past I was worried if I could trust her and she wouldn’t try and sell me phoney products, but as soon as we met her focus on my hair history, blood work and general health helped me know I was in the right hands. Plus Lisa is such an easy going and comforting person to talk to she makes it easy to trust her.
