Absolutely wonderful staff. Very helpful and professional, the appointments always on time. Easy to book. They do work really hard- may be a bit strict but, I guess it’s to make sure they provide very good quality service.

Strange GP surgery. Please expect very little care from certain GPs here, they're only concerned about their time and not their patient's health sadly (guess its the world we live in now). I went for a face to face appointment and was shuffled out after 2 minutes with loose diagnoises and no thorough checks at all. I was better off getting a diagnoses from Google rather wasting a working day going to the GP. Horrendous.

Had diabetes annual review 3rd Nov 2022
Nurse unable to take bloods . They also needed promptly to do urinalysis . My diabetic medications were never reviewed nor neuropathy status. Complete waste of my time and day.

If there was an option to leave a review with 0 stars, I would do it. The receptionist on the phone is extremely rude and treats people very badly. Dr Victoria Muir has been the worst doctor I have ever spoken to. Rude, shouting on the phone and treating patients terribly. Please avoid this practice by any means. Particularly if you are in an emergency. It is no coincidence that the google rating of the practice is so low.

Dr Muir and her team are amazing - solid medicine based on common sense.

Very poor service! Receptionists have zero customer service skills! Can't get an appointment for HCA, Nurses and Doctors! Wondering why they always busy (if they doctors are not seeing anyone!)?! To book a routine appointment for blood test will have to wait for 2 weeks to get one! Nurses and HCA seems always busy, why? God knows what they are doing! Doctors appointment is even worst! Ask to call 8am and guess what, phone is automatically busy! This practice needs to be investigated by the NHS and CQC sooner rather than later!

The worst NHS General Practioner I have ever had the mid fortune to meet.

The arrogance , incompetence and inflated ego of the Senior Partner was unbelievable.

I had a Consultant Oncologist friend who was reduced to tears by this woman when she herself was valiantly fighting a terminal Cancer diagnosis.

The phrase Lloyd George syndrome most appropriate in this case.

Steer well clear.

Although the other doctors in her practice are highly competent and engaging, Dr Muir’s manner – in my experience – has been at best brusque and at worst bullying. She also seems to fix a tight rein on resources and only ever referred me when I had private insurance. I can put up with the occasional rude receptionist (which is surely the case here); however, after being tormented one time too many, I have now left this practice. I have to say I can’t help but wonder how they treat more vulnerable people.
