Fernbank Surgery

Arrived at Freckleton health centre this mornig and was completely ignored.Acknowledgment goes a a long way! Another person walks in and he gets a "good morning", am i invisible?! Other receptionist was licking her finger whilst going through prescriptions. Rude reception staff

Appointments have never been delayed more than 10 minutes and the pharmacy staff are always kind and helpful.

Never had a problem with the doctors , they are all very friendly and patient with you. They listen to your worries and concerns all the doctors are great can't fault them at all

Having lived in the south east all my life and now living here in the north the practice here at fernbank and the other surgery at lytham is outstanding and makes my old surgery look dreadful
Surgery is so big and clean and welcoming and not depressing .
Staff at front desk have always been so polite and friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble .the practice nurses run a tight ship and the GP are so helpful too .

Having been at many other doctors practices over the years I have been with this practice for three years and they are by far the best practice I’ve ever been to. Would thoroughly recommend
