The lovely receptionists , there are two, so helpful, one who has a liverpool accent, absolutely dreadful. Passive aggressive and just aggressive. Cannot get an appointment, ridiciulous

I've moved back to Scotland. My records have not yet being transferred. I phoned the surgery to ask if they could send an email to my new practice because I need my medication. The rude and arrogant woman told me she could not access my records. Guess what she asked me to do. Phone the chemist in St Annes who I sometimes used and ask them to e mail any information they might have. What a ludicrous idiotic suggestion. How unprofessional. I've considered contacting the regional medical officer to investigate. This woman needs to remember we are the customers and she has a duty of care. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Fight through your anger at a series of rude and vocal receptionists to maybe see a doctor - repeatedly asked for referrals which when checked haven't happened. Details on my fit for work note asked to be resent - sent the same wrong info. I need urgent help and just laughed off and told I have to wait to next week with the manner of "dismissive arrogance"

The issue is simple : the barrier to care is the awful front desk - care once through is fine.

I do this as a living : sort your desk out and opinions will change but right now ? No. I need help - and having to fight your desk isn't working

Doctors passing on lies to other professionals not doing referals as agreed whilst wait in the rooms rudeness down look at you from GPS

Today i saw Dr Nisa Shah about my Prostrate problems. I just wanted a different type of medication than the one i was using. The doctor refused to change my medication saying she did not know my medical history about my ailment. But clearly she had all my notes in front of her.

Outstanding practice. Receptionists have been incredibly helpful through a series of issues I've had. Care from doctors and practice nurses is great. We're so lucky to have this as our local practice and I'm dismayed to see several negative reviews, so I had to add my 5-star rating!

Seen by a young doctor today, I had COVID issues so only expected a telephone conversation. He wasn't happy so he called me in . What a lovely fella, unfortunately I can't remember his name but thanks a million
