I’ve been there once for blood test and the whole experience was fantastic. Not a very long wait at all and the person who took my blood seemed very professional and skilled.
It also has a pharmacy and a cafe.

Went here to get my overseas vaccines registered, fast and easy process with virtually no waiting time. I was then able to go right away to get a walk-in booster jab. Again, absolutely no waiting time and staff was very friendly and helpful! Wasn´t busy at all when I went. The café section in the health centre is a very cute asset.

Patient confidentiality out the window! I called today to book a GP appointment. After waiting 1h30 the receptionist took my call and after discussing suggested I try an e-consult. After this, the receptionist thought he had ended the call, but that was not the case. His colleague asked what was wrong with me, and the receptionist proceeded to telling her exactly what we discussed and that it didn't seem life threatening. Have you ever heard of patient confidentiality? Unacceptable. I will file a formal complaint.

My appointment was cancelled, because I was queueing at the reception too long to ask where to go.

Came for my appointment on time, and was queueing at the reception to ask where to go, since I was there for the first time. It took around 15 minutes, since people in front of me had long complaints about the service. When I finally managed to get the direction, I went to the appointment room, and they said that my appointment was cancelled, because I am too late. So, in this clinic, it is necessary to come around 15-20 minutes in advance of your appointment, so that you can have enough time to queue at the reception.

Reception staff completely ignore you until they're ready in their own time to acknowledge you.
However people taking blood are very quick and efficient.

Very rude service by a white man in glasses at the reception. He does not have manners nor is he helpful and tells you go away. My mother came home in tears saying that man was really horrible to her. She came in to get my brothers vaccination sorted and he shouted to her go home. Please can someone teach that man some manners because that is unacceptable

Went for walk-in Covid autumn booster at 5:20pm. Was told there were no more shots for walk-ins despite published walk-in hours until 7:00pm. Disappointing.

I had an appointment and as a first time patient,I spent my time queuing both downstairs and upstairs reception thinking i was at the right place, only for me to be told to go to a different reception again and when I got there, the appointment I waited for 4 months was cancelled because I wasted my time queuing and searching for the right place, what a horrible experience.Whats the point of giving us an appointment and not being able to clearly show us where to go?
