I don't usually leave a review, however i feel like this is necessary. This Health Centre is probably the worst health centre i have used. You get the same answer every time which is to call at 8am to book an appointment and when you do they are always gone. Nothing from staff members to actually help you with your needs. No idea why we pay for NI as when your a young person with not many health problems no one seems to care. So thank you very much for your continued support.

I have literally just spoke to the rudest person alive! I cannot believe the surgery allows someone so rude to deliver bad news to patients that are waiting anxiously for test results. I have been with the maples for a long time and I am not considering changing because of how rude the male receptionist is. Terrible!

this is the worst GP ever. i’ve been registered for this GP for nearly 18 years and even when i’m poorly there’s no point calling in because you’re lucky if you get a phone call appointment let alone face to face. the receptionist are extremely rude doesn’t matter if it’s over the phone or if you manage to get into the surgery that always have a rude patronising attitude. i have had it to my wits with the surgery and i am finally registering with a different GP, and if you care about your health i would advise you too aswell! if i could give 0 stars i would.

Simply awful and a absolute clinical risk. Takes forever to get through and if your lucky enough to get through "sorry no appointments call back tomorrow" even if you call in 07.58 your 50th in the queue at 8am! They don't provide you blood test results back, I have had three and only been called once and that was only because I got quite frustrated with them on the phone.

I was pre diabetic and if I had not contacted them I could have been diabetic and would not have known. Its disgusting and you really need to look at how you operate as a GP service you could really cause health issues to people that could be prevented. POOR

I think the Maples surgery are coping very well under the current circumstances; short staffed, full capacity etc. Yes the waiting queues are horrendous, but which NHS surgery isn't at present. The admin and medical staff atvthe Maples are always pleasant and helpful. So thank you Maples

I originally had such a fantastic experience with The Maples before Covid.
However I find now that regardless of what I do or however many times I call in this GP is sadly always at full capacity and I cannot get an appointment.
I am on a 2 year waiting list for services I have asked for since the beginning of 2021 and even when my toddler is poorly I cannot seem to get him seen too.
It is such a shame.
I hope things change.

Can all who have previously posted and moved on please do a review for their new GP because I tell you now all GP services are being pushed over limit.
New houses being built in Cheshunt area NO NEW GP surgery - where they going to go??

Best Dr's surgery around!
Staff are ultra efficient and effective, Dr's brilliant and care !
Appointments run on time, DONT CHANGE ANYTHING THE MAPLES !!
Pay your staff much more, they really deserve it !!
