The doctors are amazing. Like really, really amazing. They listen, and they're kind.
Reception isn't very friendly and I also find it near impossible to get an appointment. Calling in the morning you'll often be in hold for a very long time, then you can be told to call back at 1.30 and try again. Online Services is complicated to register to and doesn't work. I commute very early in the morning and am obviously working in the afternoon, which makes it very difficult for me.
4 stars are for the doctors though, who deserve 10/10.

terrible, terrible service. just tried to book an appointment and got told can only do it on the day but then offered me one on friday when it is monday morning. how can a working person wait at home to try and book an appointment that they may not even get. this is a terrible and ridiculous idea that benefits absolutely no one. does not even deserve 1 star on this rating

I have been a Patient at this Practice for over 12yrs now. The receptionists are attentive and amazing and patient when on the phone. The doctors are caring and i always feel at home to discuss my problems without interruption Dr Anantha is my best . Love you :)

Awful. I've been dealing with chronic shoulder pain, rarely get time off work. When I do, I try to get an appointment but they're always fully booked. Don't know how I'm supposed to continue working if this pain gets worse, and the absolute villains who talk to you over the phone haven't a shred of empathy nor assistance.

I have been with this surgery since 2003. I never have a problem with them . Same day service very good . Receptionist they are ok never had a problem with them . Dr Adireaddi , Dr Arshad , Sharon . It bad thou I don’t know the receptionist names .

Poor service, my two kids under 4 not feeling well, on the line since 8.38am , was able to get through at 9.50am was told there is no appointment or call back available and that I should call back at 1.30pm or next week. Ridiculous

I have been a member of this surgery for 32 years. Carol who has now sadly left was the best thing about this surgery - attentive and going above and beyond the call of duty. The real level of care and kindness required from a healthcare receptionist. The surgery just won’t be the same without Carol. Truly sad. The doctors are all really lovely, caring and again - great longevity of doctors and once you get your head around the appointment system it’s fairly easy to get an appointment same day. Thank you once again carol for making this surgery a happy joyful place to come to.

Incredibly curt and rude reception service. Little empathy for someone doing their best to care for an elderly parent in extreme pain. It doesn't take much to be a little more sympathetic on the phone rather than talk 'at' a person who is seeking help.
