Havant Health Centre

This is the best doctor's surgery I've ever been with. It's easy to speak to someone on the phone or request help with the online service, I've never spoken to anyone who's been less than friendly and helpful, even the doctors come across so caring and patient. Generally I'm just really impressed.

After many years of trying to get help/support for my health problems, I finally have diagnosis! Finally I know and can move forward in my life! All current staff have been patient, understanding and supportive, I can not thank all enough, angels on earth! <3

Great practice, with great service. Dr Thomas Wayland really helped me in a time I really needed. Very supportive and professional. I'd recommend the practice services' and in particular Dr Wayland. People like Dr Wayland should serve as an example to many other practitioners. I'm very grateful to be his patient.

Not good clinition rang me Tuesday and told me my husband gp would phone Thursday as she was unable to help with serious on going issues, I took the day off work, no call, I will be putting a complaint in today, raising a safe guarding, GPS have a duty of care and I feel so let down, reception girls are amazing but unless your lucky enough to get a gp call back, I'm really not happy

Been going to Havant health centre since 1992 .Was told by Q A hospital when I left them after surgery that H H C would be my primary care. Absolutely disgusted with there text you have 30 days to find another practice. Vile low life none caring practice.

I have been with this practice all my life up to now even before the health centre. Since curlew practice joined homewell everything has gone from bad to worse. The service is terrible there is never anymore than 1 doctor and all they want to do is make you wait a week or 2 to get back by phone. I think its only a matter of time before this practice will have to take responsibility for the loss of people's lives. I am moving to a doctors that care about my health and not about the money. Stay away from this practice look else where

Great service from Pippa, she has an excellent approach with patients with learning disabilities and is an asset to the Team at Havant Health Centre.

Credit where credit is due. Phoned this morning at 8am with a suspected quinsy (as had before). Spoke to a lovely Healthcare Operator and within 20 minutes, was phoned by the practice Nurse to come straight in for a F2F appointment. Luckily a course of antibiotics was prescribed as just a bad throat infection but it saved a 10 hour wait at A&E!👍😊
