Office staff useless. Have been in twice with a deed poll to change my name. They scanned it. I phone up and they still haven't done it so I tell them that I've been in with the papers. They said they'll have it changed. Low and behold it still hasn't been changed so 5th time lucky. Your lucky if your able to get a phone call with a doctor let alone see one and they tend to either par you off or prescribe you meds you don't need. I told the doctor I've been experiencing joint pains and chest pains for a few years now and he continuously told me it's anxiety even though I know it's not. He then prescribed me with anxiety tablets. This isn't the first time they've done this.

Today 03/3/22 at 11:20am my mother had been to this surgery for a blood test. One of the receptionist is useless and so rude . It is her mistake but didn't owe my mum an apology. My mum was in time for her blood test . She kept her waiting till 11:35 . When my mum went to her to ask why wasn't her name called out. She said my mum didn't check in . When my mum already did. And now the blood test is closed. Such an annoying experience.

I am having to get treatment 2 times now in the car park. 1st time in the rain since then my condonation has gotton worse.and again today. Don't see hospital doctors and nurses treating in hospital car parks. So why do woodlands surgery feel need to treat patients like this?

The one star review is solely due to the fact it is impossible to get an appointment. Unless you call up at 8am on the dot and wait half an hour in the queue you won't get one. I switched doctors due to moving house and really wished I had stayed at my other one as they book appointments for the next 2 weeks, Woodlands ONLY do same day appointments? I wished they had told me this before I switched as it's pretty much false advertising! The online services are pointless, it will say to book online or if you're not comfortable talking on the phone you can contact somewhere here but then you click on it and then it'll say this surgery doesn't do it.

This should be zero! The reception staff are the most rude arrogant unfeeling I have ever encountered, I am not going in to details but I am left in shock after the encounter with them, disgusting! train your staff to treat us like humans and have some compassion. I will probably be looking to move from them purely down to reception staff

We moved to Tilgate at the start of the pandemic in 2020 and despite all the chaos of that, Woodlands have been nothing but helpful. They are exceptional at answering emails and getting your appointments arranged. Both myself and my husband have been in during the last two years and they are always incredibly helpful both in person and over the phone. The vaccination booking and attendance has also been well organised and effective. Best doctors I've encountered by far.

Awful service. The receptionists are rude and dont care and it's impossible to get to talk to a doctors let alone see a doctor. The receptionists need to be re trained in how to speak with respect to people and the doctors need to up their game in caring for their patients instead of trying to do the least work possible!disgusting how since this pandemic the doctors think they shouldn't have to see people or do their job!!

Good luck if you want to see a Dr. They only do on the day appointments. You have to call at 8am. Don't care if you need to work. I am not giving a description of my issues over the phone of my problems while my colleagues can hear me. 3rd time going to a&e because I cant get an appointment with my gp. (A&e always ask to go to my gp but how can I) Can never get an appointment) I'm genuinely not well. In a lot of pain. Need to get referred to a specialist but they don't care!) Absolutely appalling service!
