KC Dialysis Centre Ltd

Our dad attended KC Dialysis, Southbourne last week for couple of days and he was overwhelmed by the whole experience. He was made so welcome and the facilities were fantastic. What a great service this is which made his and our holiday stress free. Thankyou to everyone and dad will definitely return on next break.

This is a very welcoming centre in a great location which is easy to find and close to the sea. The staff are most helpful if we need to speak to someone on the phone and when my husband attends for dialysis sessions. It is clean and very well run and the lovely nursing team are a mother and son. We have been two years running and have booked again for next year. We would highly recommend.

Well located and very pleasant experience. Nurses were both friendly and efficient and both very knowledgeable about renal problems. Start time was varied as I had a distance to travel from near Dorchester. Would certainly book for next year after we find closer accomodation.

My second holiday based on the expert treatment at KC rather than the hotel. Professional, very friendly and only about 7 chairs so it feels like popping into their house for tea and toast. Have stayed in half a dozen hospitals abroad and in the UK but KC beats them all.

I booked a session at this centre today and they were excellent. Staff were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going there if you are on holiday in the area and need treatment.

I attended the KC Dialysis Centre from 9 to 14 Oct additionally staying next door in their ground floor flat. The whole experience was excellent. The Dialysis facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff ( mother and son) were outstandingly kind, attentive and professional. It is an excellent facility and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again and would recommend it to anyone who is on dialysis and needs a break. This is a much needed facility who provide an outstanding service in all aspects.

Glad we arranged dialysis with you. Very flexible and friendly family run service. Will definitely book a few holidays around that area in the future, knowing dialysis will be possible.

Second time been there, I only can say, it was so wonderful to be there. They treated me beautifully, felt like home. Highly recommended👍
