Always messing up my prescriptions, on average it has taken over an hour the last 5/6 times for one excuse or another. Reception staff are generally unhelpful and rude. I wouldn't bother registering here unless you have time and energy to waste on their incompetence.

My husband called the practice this morning to make an appointment for our 15 years old daughter. My daughter developed some skin condition which I have researched on the internet and found an exact match, this is a yeast infection, which requires treatment. We had a call back from doctor Harper, who refused to see my daughter in person and asked for a photo of the affected skin area. My husband send a photo and I had to chase doctor Harper for a response. When I finally got to speak to her she said my daughter does not need any treatment and she sent us a link to what she thought was my daughter’s skin problem. When we looked at this link the photos were not representative of her condition. I tried to ring back and of course this is Friday evening and no one was there. As a result my daughter’s treatment is delayed until Monday. I think this process was so unhelpful. I would like to believe if doctor Harper agreed to see my daughter in person she would make the correct diagnosis and reassure my daughter as well as arrange treatment straight away. We are highly disappointed by this careless service.

I have called the surgery on several occasions in the last few months and cannot find fault. Someone always answers the phone and polite , helpful response. A GP rang me back when they said they would and we’re very helpful

Horrible staff members, completely unprofessional. I don’t know what’s happened to our medical staff around the country, completely under qualified in social skills and without any sort of remorse

I know they go above and beyond to help people. The negative reviews are very unfair. I notice some people are rude and disrespectful to staff and complain about minor things.

Absolutely awful surgery. Constantly have issues regarding prescriptions. Completely dismissed by receptionists after several weeks of bowel issues and you phone telling them there’s blood.”oh you can call tomorrow to be put on the doctors triage list” it’s a joke! So much better off self medicating because these lot have no idea how to look after people!

So impressed with this practice. All staff are so friendly and helpful, always been able to speak to a GP same day and have always been offered a face to face appointment quickly when I need one. Wishing all of the staff a very merry Christmas and a big thank you for seeing my baby so quickly today.

Everyone here has always been kind, helpful and very professional. I couldn't be more happy with the service I've received. Also the pharmacy staff are really polite and helpful too!
