Absolutely the worst GP service I have had the misfortune to be stuck with. After Obsesian and his family bought up all our local practices leaving me no option but to use them (Birch/Layer/Stanway) I have encountered incompetence and damn right poor service ever since, From ignoring issues with my daughter which landed her eventually in hospital, to refusing to treat me while suffering heart issues to running the surgeries for simple profit. The dispensing service is awful, the possibility of an appointment is non existent quite frankly everything is the patients fault never theirs. If you want to live steer clear of them.

Like the previous person stated it is a dictatorship, it is a business, it is the worst GP service around, I personally used to have 68 GP services on my watch when I worked in the NHS in IT. None of them treat patients like this place and none of them would dream of leaving people without medication.

How CQC have rated them good is beyond me, clearly CQC have not spoken to the right patients

Whats it the politicians say, "Go see your family GP he knows you and knows best and has you interests at heart" total BS its a different dr everytime .

This surgery is affiliated to Winstree Medical Practice, so this review applies to both surgeries.

Both these surgeries are run by Dr. Obsesian. I have had the misfortune to actually meet him for consultation. This chap is not fit to be a doctor, he has no patient/doctor skills, when i told him of my issue, he rudely sent me out to go and fill out a survey form and when i gave it to him, he tried to charge me fees to be consulted and to receive a sick note. I had met with him one other time and again he demanded money for a form.

Most of the other doctors are the same, Dr. Ramjan, rather than dealing with my health issue, decided to take 20 minutes to explain to me why he is so healthy and doesn't eat in McDonalds. Why he takes Statins even though he has low cholesterol and why he is the best person on earth. I left there so frustrated and never got my health issue sorted.

What i will tell you is that every good doctor here comes realised the power struggle between the long term employed, and then leaves. I am talking here about the French doctor (i forget his name) and Doctor Eaton. They have both told us about the issues at the surgery and have left employment, in one case without other employment to go to.

I cannot give examples here due to confidentiality, but all i can say is that this surgery is by far the worst surgery i have ever been to and the treatment is so poor, the way things are just thrown at you when you leave is despicable.

Dr. Obesesian should be taught how to treat humans respectfully as people before being allowed to treat them as doctors.

NOTE THAT YOU MUST THEN VISIT THE SURGERY WITH 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION !! -Do you think that they are trying to deter you from online services???????

Have never known such a dictatorial attitude and system. You’re expected to wait outside in all weathers until they can be bothered to call you in to be served. A ridiculous situation which most certainly doesn’t have your health as it’s priority.

Dreadful service.
