The worst receptionist I have ever seen, she is not professional and don't know her work. My husband called to book emergency appointment for my daughter that require medical attention. She agreed that the doctor will call back on my husband's phone which was the phone my husband used in calling her but forgot to update their system with my husband's number.

The doctor made attempt to reach ring my old line that I have never used for more than two years but the line did not go through. They then referred us to the police. I was busy sitting and waiting for the doctor's call and all I could see are 4 policemen that entered my house and began to interrogate my children. I then asked the police if the provide medical care because what I called for; was for medical care but what I got were 4 policemen.

I called the receptionist again to ask what the matter was and she stated they reported to the police because they could not get us via telephone but never admitted that she failed to update their system with my husband's number as she promised my husband. She was not even remorseful but full of herself and was blaming me for not updating the system. So I asked her, why are you calling my old number? Was I the one that called to book an appointment or did you promise to call me? However, she was avoiding answering my question because she knew it was my husband that called her and she promised my husband that the doctor will call him.

I know that no one is above mistakes, but she should try and accept her fault and not to inconvenience others with her silly mistakes. She has caused my family so much emotional and psychological distress today, which is pure evil at the top. She is very challenging on the telephone, takes everything as her right and even threatens. She cannot even apologise for her fault, always claiming right.

This is my first appointment with my GP since before the pandemic, almost 2 years plus.

I wish I could give them zero stars. awful awful service from this Gp my mum is 74 years old and she has been trying to get an appointment for almost one year every time we call we are told no appointment or the nurse will call to find out why she needs to see the doctor. After speaking to the nurse she advised us to call back to make appointment with the GP. This process takes almost a month. By then my mum could have been seriously ill. At the end she never got an appointment. What can we say about this GP. The regulatory body should close them if they don’t improve the service

Extremely bad customer service. The staff really need to go on some courses in order to do there jobs appropriately. No skills whatever how to talk to the public and following up tasks.

Caroline had really good relation skills. She followed up an enquiry and called back to arrange future investigation. We was really pleased at times of worry.

Usma in the other hands likes to get into a confrontation over the phone and does not follow any tasks. 48 hours later and we’re still waiting. Terrible. What needs to be noted here is that they are working in a NHS funded doctors surgery not retail or a supermarket.

Some of these staff need to be either sacked or sent to training to learn how to do there job.

Theres an indian ladies at the front house (Receptionists) absolutely rude. They are priotizing appointments by giving late dates for purpose. Also iv witnessed in the waiting area whilst waiting thry are taking calls and being so rude to the patients on the phone and this is coming from both and not being helpful

Been with this practice for years since I was about 8 years old now 50..I would say they have mostly been helpful in the past..just lately their service is disgusting the receptionist today was totally dismissive unhelpful and rude..ask for a gp appt as I’ve just been diagnosed with a very fast heart rate to be told 8th November for a phone consultation..I’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks for a scan as I have pain under my left armpit and swollen glands to be told I’ve got to wait for a scan on my neck and shoulders..how about a scan under my arm and breast where the pain is???? Time to change surgery..totally unacceptable

Disgusting behaviour from the receptionist. Firstly I was removed from the system, when I tried to register the receptionist at the desk on 9.11.2022 was so unhelpful and rude sending me back and forth. Also, I can't get my head around how they can close the practice at 6 pm when online it clearly states closing time is at 6.30 pm. I'm not surprised about all the bad reviews online, it's disgusting customer service. I would highly avoid Dr A Arif GP. DISGRACE!

If I could give no star I would. Never get an appointment with doctors or anyone. They ask u to call at 8:30 for emergency, your on phone waiting for them to pick up n when they pick up after 2 hours they tell you no appointments left. Unbelievable you ask for the reception name and they tell you they are not obliged to give their name. you do a online consultation form and they email you back saying sorry no appointment and to call 111. Where are they patients meant to Go.. Routine appointment is 2nd week on January 2023. I don't normally go surgery or call them unless and until I know its an emergency and I was asking for a appointment for a child who is not well since 2 weeks. Something needs to be done.

Absolutely disgraceful!

I remember when my mother was seriously ill, the doctor did not want to come round. If it weren't for my father pushing these lazy people my mother would have died there and then.

How could Dr Arif not know me, I've been coming to this surgery for years.

Shirking responsibilities. Saying there are no appointments for weeks, when everytime I go down there it's bloody empty!
