The GP was a great help during the COVID-19 time. My son had some health issues that were handled in very professional manner. The receptionist as well as doctors made sure we didn’t meet anybody in the waiting room and my son was provided all needed examinations in highly hygienic environment. The staff was amazing and kind

Elms Medical Practice. Absolutely brilliant. They answer your phone call. You can always make an appointment to see your doctor , also you are not left outside in the cold and wet. The reception service for appointments to see your doctor is a real treat, lots of friendly help, and then my diabetic doctor is fantastic, she said that if I have any problems and need her help, just pick-up the phone, ( we are here to help you ) , The car park is free with lots of room to park. This medical practice is outstanding. Thankyou for looking after me,

Very disgusting secretary today Monday 25th April 2022 at 09.30am
I’m with elbow fracture and try to get appointment waiting a long queue. Once I’ve been connected while I was explaining my needs to get the appointment she shut down the phone. Probably because of my accent.
This is the poorest people in this world and should be fired straight away because they taking a place which not belong. Life and time will teach her

Docters sent me a text saying appointment phone consultation needed ref blood test results
After ringing appointment line 3 x times during the morning because no phone call had been received
All receptionist were kind and did there best to resolve the issue
When I did get a phone call from the Docters
It was two and a half hours late
Doctor told me he had been delayed by a meeting @9.15 and was trying to catch-up
If only the doctor had informed the receptionist the reason why he was running late if would have made her job so much easier makes her job so difficult also I would not have had to phone 3 times making the phone line busy when others were making appointments

This surgery epitomises everything that is wrong with the NHS and supports every single report that the blame for the current health crisis and the reason why A&E departments are packed to the brim lies fairly and squarely at the doors of GP surgeries. Rude, incompetent, robotic receptionists in need of serious training (or simply firing for being in a completely inappropriate role), the most ridiculous telephone waiting time I have ever experienced with any GP surgery ever and if you have an urgent medical need after lunchtime, just head straight to the doors of A&E and tell them that this practice is the reason. Backward processes that don't seem to be in line with any logic or common sense whatsoever, misinformation provided at every hands turn, by both the breathtakingly incompetent receptionists and the medical staff.

This surgery needs reporting, to have it's public finding removed and a bonfire lit underneath it.

I cannot fault this surgery over the last 18 months they have gone out of their way to help both me and my husband. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful, the doctors we've seen are just so understanding and empathetic. Dr Smith and Dr Impey really take time to explain and listen to you. Dr Choudry who sadly isn't there anymore was amazing to my husband. I have and would recommend this surgery. Thank you to all the staff there it's a tough job.

Rude receptionist on the phone. If you’re a reluctant person to call your GP then this person will definitely make you think you are bothering them. Apart from that the actually GPS and practitioners are really good. Shame as there seems to be a few posts here about the receptionist from a while back.

Dr Kanthi was very kind and saw me straight away. The receptionist was also very approachable as well. I have had a not very nice experience with previous GP so I am glad this practice is my GP now :-)
