Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health & Wellbeing Centre

I am not entirely sure why the reviews are so bad here - maybe the receptionists have improved customer service now, but I had a very pleasant two experiences so far (so it's not a one-off really). Wait times here are short - primarily because it's new I guess. This is the most important thing to me. The building is modern and clean and professionally sterile-looking but that's expected of a healthcare setting I am not expecting red velvet cushions or some sort of resort vibe.

I come here on time for my appointment and some people come after me late 40 min. but ther see thim with no time wasted sooo if u laite is better u don't have to wait for long but if you come on time u will sit here for hours..........

Since the 8th of June I have Been trying to get in contact to reschedule my appointment which is at 15:40 on the 6th of July. No one picks up my calls. The number you have provided is always busied and the number on the website rings with no one picking up. I am absolutely disgusted. You have no problem sending messages that not attending my appointment will cost the NHS £137 but have a problem picking up your phone!!!!!!!!

They cancelled my appointment without telling me, so when I turned up, I was told I had to reschedule. How can this happen? I had to take time off work to get there, only to find out my appointment has been cancelled and there is no one available to see me. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but I don't trust this place and won't go back.

The dentistry staff are absolutely incredible!!!! They're all so gentle, patient and kind. The service is nothing less than the best!! ( Especially Mishel)

Self-check-in - is great. Got my ears examined by a very nice and caring doctor.
Received a referral to another specialist and recommendations for treatment.
Very satisfied!

Came along with my partner for her jab, everyone seemed to know what they were doing, just getting on with things during these times.

Getting here would be either via bus Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health Centre (Stop R/Q) which uses 339 or Stratford Station via Central/Jubilee, Dockland Light Railway (DLR), Overground, TfL Rail, greateranglia and c2c or numerous buses from just outside the station.

Rude receptionist. Hung up on her because she just came across rude. Looking for the trauma and orthopaedics department but apparently the main number for the building on google takes you to the in house GP reception who is very dismissive.
