Been at this surgery for 24 years, always been cared for well. Highly recommend Dr Singh and Dr Millwater they dealt with my mental health issues for years incredibly well with lots of compassion. All the doctors I’ve experienced have been great (recently saw Dr Gyeke and Dr Mcgurk for a repeat issue and they were excellent) Yes the NHS is frustrating at times but these are all highly trained, personable doctors who genuinely care about doing their job well.

Changed to this practice and no regrets. Reception to GPs, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Very easy to request your appointments and prescriptions on the website.

It's just like the rest of the NHS, a total MESS, before the ( Covid Con ) this was a really good practice.
Since, can anyone seriously tell me that it's not gone down the pan ?
This is Government Organised to break up the NHS, i won't be having any more 💉 at this place or any other 💉 for flu, etc.
I don't mean blood tests....if you have had " adverse reactions " from the Pfizer 🐍 oil, you know what i mean.

Unfortunately post covid this has become horrible. If you try calling to book appointments (as they can’t get the online booking system working again post covid!) then expect a wait of at least an hour (if you can connect in the first place) and in a significant proportion of cases the call drops when you are #1 in the queue. Shows they have an antiquated telephone system as well

In the event you are lucky enough to book an appointment, it will only be telephonic with a GP. Even if you push for a face to face, at times the GP will cancel unilaterally in case the cause is “fever” owing to “increasing” cases of Covid. In a time when everything is open, people working here seem to be morbidly afraid of covid and keep giving covid as an excuse for everything

I have been on hold for 71 mins at time of writing this to change a booked app.Why can appointments not be changed via My Gp app?? This wait time is totally unacceptable and frustrating.Recently a local paper investigated waiting times and i am tempted to bring Manorbrook's unacceptable waiting times of 71 mins to their attention!! And it is not the same at other practices like receptionist suggested . I know this for a fact due to my occupation. How are the elderly expected to afford a 71 minute telephone call !! Partners and managers need to stand up and take notice of all the negative reviews on this site . If i could give 0 stars i would .

Waited to hand in a sample in-person, got sent back to the queue because the receptionist said she was busy even though I only had to hand in the bag no conversation needed. Fifteen minutes later, same receptionist called me over whilst scoffing a snack, very unprofessional and unhygienic in a GP surgery especially in front of patients and whilst handling samples.

Absolutely awful practice. Impossible to ever get appointments. The line often hangs up after you've been in the queue for a while and when you call back they're all gone and you have to go through the whole 30 mins waiting process again when calling back at lunchtime. You often don't get the follow-ups you've been told to expect. Being ill or having medical issues fills me with anxiety because I know how impossible it will be to get support from the GP. Online system for appointments also doesn't quite work.

Just been told not to 'talk over' a receptionist while trying to book an urgent appointment with an ongoing problem not the thing to say to people who pride themselves on respectful conduct on telephone and in public!!
