The staff are really dismissive, keep seeing the same few ladies with the same issues for months now and getting dismissed each time. The one I saw today was ridiculous, did not even look into my issues or take a glance and told me to basically deal with it and that it’s in my head, has been dismissing the same issues since October that are just getting worse, tried telling me to take children’s calpol for breathing difficulties and today I find out she’s not even a real doctor and I’ve been getting sent to who knows what kind of uneducated and unprofessional people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing, trying their best to get people out of the office as fast as possible. Most the receptionists do a very half asked job too, I don’t even know if it’s worth complaining since I’ve not seen one normal me ever of staff in the whole practice so far.

Do not register here. They never answer the phone they just sit there and let it ring and I tried to book an appointment after I finished my degree only about a month before hand and was told because I was no longer a student I couldn’t get an appointment

Mostly it’s good service, I get what I need. But sometimes bad experiences. Like being told I need to pay £15 for proof I was with paramedics for 14 seizures (point blank refused). Or being rudely told to go into surgery to order a prescription when I said I’m at home for a family emergency. I don’t wanna tell them I’m at home cos my brother committed suicide. I just need my pills

Absolutely terrible service. Every time I call The phone just rings and rings. There is no holding service to say where you are in the queue and multiple times I've been told wrong information by the reception staff. On this occassiWas told to call 119 'as they don't give advice for covid' when I called with severe covid symptoms and an underlying health condition which ive been told previously needs to be checked - 119 isn't even an active phone line for advice. Tried to call back immediately and ofcourse nobody answered. They also regularly say they don't have a GP on site - why?!

had a doctor tell me that i was lying to my face when i showed them the records and reciepts from them denying my prescription multiple times.

now that i've moved surgeries, they cancelled my repeat prescription without informing me

Awful, awful communication, couldn't get ADHD screening sorted, throw up blood and you'd get a faster response from a morguetician

Always find them really helpful, even if on hold for a long time my queries are always answered. Ability to get same-day phone and in-person appointments is really appreciated and i always feel listened to.

The ladies on the phone can be nice but I went in and spoke to a guy on the front desk about my prescription and he was rude
