Musgrove Park Medical Centre

Actually not that great of a surgery. Find someone else. The doctors misdiagnose too many times, reception staff are actually quite rude, they never pick up their phones and despite opening at 8AM, they never turn their phones on until they have dealt with everyone t the door, y which time they have no appointments left. Try the next day = Same story. F***ing useless

My favourite doctor moved to their other partners nearer town so miss her very much as I totally trusted her and she knew me asza patient very well. I have tried a couple of the remaining doctors but havent been able to feel the same way. Although there is one I am getting used to more now. Receptionists barring one are lovely and caring. No issues getting a call back but appointment system is totally wrong. Its the same with other surgeries too. All in all I definitely wouldnt change but would love my lady doctor back at Musgrove

Just loved the caring staff at this Medical centre, very well organised. Some parking available. Good access for disabled. Just brilliant thank you.

As a patient here told it's Sydenham House for surgery and clinics only at Musgrove. Why can't the clinics have been done elsewhere and not a GP surgery? not acceptable to expect people to travel. Also a male staff speaks so rude suddenly asks to look about ADHD when I had a a disability health check last year. Why didn't he do anything then? this horrible staff at Sydenham. I don't like the rude nurse either. I was happy with musgrove not happy with being forced to go to the other surgery.

Worked well for Covid jab apart from the queue which meant the booked times were not adhered to.

If I could I'd rate this practice a minus. Covid or not, it's really unhelpful. Can never get a face to face, calls on wait for an age. On e consult not much better, especially for something simple as a sick note. They didn't even know a sick note was required from 27th Jan 2022 after the 28 days self certified. I hope there are better Gp surgeries in Ashford than this.

I was keen to register my wife and I here after reading such good reviews and was unfortunately very disappointed. I called on Wed last week to enquire and was told "no problem but you must call on a Mon to register with us". No worries. I called yesterday, a Mon, and was told "The process changed a while ago, you must come here to collect a registration pack. There are only 20 packs a day so come as early as possible". A bit annoying but was pleased to hear the new process confirmed. I arrived this morning (the day after the previous call) at opening time to be told "no we've been closed for new patients for A YEAR and all patients who want to register should go to Sydenham House".

How can I be told three different messages in less than a week? My first two calls seem like opportunities to explain that they have been closed for year, rather than leaving that message out entirely. Such a shame as I had high expectations and purposely waited to collect the registration pack from Musgrove.
