Elstree Waterfront Medical Centre

We are trying to get in contact with the front desk reception area at 10:00 am on a Monday. It rings once and goes to engaged. We are trying to sort out a billing issue. Why would the reception not answer the call after 15 attempts over 2 hours. Embarrassing.

Tried to call again today. There may be a problem with the phone system. I need help to contact them.

The covid precautions are the very best. The staff are helpful.
We saw Mr Khan for my 12 year old daughter, he was very kind and gentle with her, she was very nervous before we went in but she didn't need to be.

First and foremost, the staff at the centre are amazing. They looked after my son who is 13 and put him at ease. Every member of staff we interacted with were happy to help and friendly. The facility was smart and very clean. I would highly recommend !!
