Well I just reading all the review about Parkside Medical Centre which is my GP as well unfortunately I got the same treatment from the receptionist . They are no prepared to work on a public place specially in a health centres. The bad think is we have nobody to complaint about as the manager is one of the doctor. Unfortunately I have to give one star to published my review.

I have been waiting six months for them to send on my medical records to the surgery where I am now registered. Previously I failed in my attempt during CV19 to find out my NHS number.
No reply. I complained via its own Complaints system. No reply.
Not even my current surgery has been able to get Parkside to send on my records.
I would avoid them though the treatment itself is not a cause of my irritation

An embarrassment to the NHS. Rude, incompetent reception staff. No duty of care. I regularly have to use an Urgent Care centre to receive proper medical care. I walked into reception for an appointment years ago and they thought I was the doctor... disturbing, but at least I would have been able to get an appointment!

Initially this place is set in Camberwell Green London. It's an absolutely friendly place, with an ever so kind and understanding reception staff. The doctors have been there long term, and initially they like to show diligence with careful understanding and lots of empathy towards absolutely everyone who sees to seemingly visits there. A form of welcoming that can only be generally be described as anthropology attitude, as they are careful listener's to all societies and cultures and most interested in everyone's development as well as there biological and physiological characteristics.
They initially take broad approaches to understanding the many different aspects of the human experience, as they always consider their past , a holistic approach towards that significant individual becomes they have significant beliefs that it is so important to be a listener's friend, a part of something that will always be intimately interconnected are a means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. But supportive in a way that considers their physical, social and spiritual well-being too.

The reception staff are so distastefully rude. They have no intention of helping and have very much a “computer says no” approach to everything and anything. It’s highly concerning that even with all of these terrible reviews, there isn’t some form of governance of the awful behaviour that is demonstrated. 1 star, purely because 0 isn’t an option. Shameful!

Its the worst Practice i ever seen. Doctors offer consultation only by phone, you need to wait 2-3 weeks untill they make some time for you to call you. They are lazy, doesnt care about people

Iam sorry I can only give you one star because you deserve les than a minus grade for your terrible services and very rude staff, this practice should be closed because it provides nothing to patients not even sympathy.

WORST GP SURGERY EVER.
in order to get an appointment you have to call them in the morning, as they say at 8am and NOBODY answers as the line is always ENGAGED. After 40 minutes wasting my time to try to reach them, they tell you they do not have appointments and they ask you to call them back the next day at the same time. Not only they try to fool us, what is more, the personal working as admins are RUDE and USELESS.
The Nurse Practitioner is also very incompetent and does not know how to address problems (once she prescribed me antibiotics to treat a candidiasis infection????)
I never had a problem with the Medical team, though. Finally I took the best decision of my life: changing my gp surgery, and that is my advise for everyone.
