Penshurst Gardens Surgery

Dr Jones, Dr Herwitker and Dr Shah are always thorough, give me time to speak about my situation and make sure I get the referrals and the tests I need. They are always very understanding and approachable. Nurses Helena and Patrice are excellent. Reception and the pharmacist Mr Hassan are always helpful. I am happy with their services.

Services have really improved. Staff were patient, helpful and understanding. Arranged an appointment at the last minute. Admin staff were really great and Dr we saw was too. So appreciated! Thank you

Dr Jones was very attentive to my little one. He made him feel relaxed and took his time with him. Our appointment did not feel rushed at all considering the Dr’s have appointments non-stop.

My 11 month old was seen on the same day, despite no appointments available.
I was contacted and kept informed whilst waiting for the on call Dr to go on duty. Really satisfied with the communication and speed of being seen today. Thank you!!

The surgery has been extremely efficient and has processed every single request in a very timely fashion. Doctor Jones has been particularly helpful with all the administrative requests that we have made

The young pharmacist I saw was very nice. Polite, professional and explained everything well.
Makes a change to have good service from this surgery as I have had to complain before. Not the medical team but administrative department is shocking.

Unfortunately had to have an appointment for our son. I called at 8am and had an appointment at 3pm the same day. Having not met Dr Jones previously I was absolutely blown away by his personality, thoroughness and attention he provided to our little boy. He really took the time to check him over and diagnose what was needed.

He is also incredibly proud that the Surgery has signed the Armed Forces Covenant - not an easy task and has demonstrated these values exceptionally. Thank you! I hope we don’t need to return regularly but know there is a caring family doctor if we do!

Knowing what pressure the Dr's are under at the present time and NHS as it is I can only share my experience . I have been treated with extremely good care from reception who has always facilitated my requests and the thorough examination received and follow up appointment. I was not rushed and everything was explained that I asked. Thank you..
