Aldersbrook Medical Centre

I have been attending this surgery for almost 30 years and have always had great experiences. Staff including Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff are kind, courteous, thorough and supportive. Appointments can sometimes be tricky to get if you're not quick enough (as expected) but the online system is easy to use and, on the odd occasion I cannot see a GP for a pressing matter, the out of hours GP fills the gap.

Disgustingly rude staff. Tried getting an appointment for over a week and every time i've called the staff are useless and horribly rude, telling me to look online when there are NEVER appointments online, begged to be booked in as once again no appointments online and the lady decided to tell me i'm pushing it, for asking to be seen by a Doctor? Vile attitude towards their customers. I explained that the appointment reason was close to an emergency and need to be seen ASAP and the lady grunted down the phone and once again said look online after telling her multiple times it said there was none!! I was polite through this whole convocation and just asked if there was anything she could do to book me in one day as its getting to the point where i cannot move or go to work and just need to be seen. DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would like to say thank you to all the doctors that I have spoken to in the last few weeks . You all have been so understanding and getting the right help that is needed for me .

Waiting time in the morning for the appointments is a bit long because of the hight demand but except that, all perfect.

Dr Mannon is caring and understanding. Dr Mannon consulted my mother yesterday with compassion and with the ultimate professionalism.

Impossible to get an appointment, they have deliberately made it so incredibly hard to get an appointment so that am sure their top level numbers look sound. Myself or anyone else I know can’t seem to access the service
