Cross Deep Surgery

New to this practice but known of it for many years. I have had nothing but brilliant experiences with the team at Cross Deep. My very first appointment I messed up my dates and missed it, the team very kindly made sure that I was alright and helped me to reschedule.

Due to my bad memory I can't remember my doctors name but she has been amazing. When I went to her she showed no judgement and offered me a few options to help me with my issues.

I have had problems with doctors in the past judging me and honestly being incredibly rude and hurtful, not here....cannot thank the team enough!

Myself and family have been with Cross Deep surgery for over ten years and I must say that one of the reasons we have not moved far is to remain with the surgery. Staff at reception and all the doctors we have seen are professional and helpful. In the last year I've had several unrelated medical issues and Doctor Eloise Elphinstone has been so amazing and considerate. She referred me to all the relevant specialists and arranged for me to have all the necessary tests. Thanks to here I now feel so much better and she continues to monitor my progress and medication.

I have been a patient for over 20 years & have always found everybody at Cross Deep
efficient & caring. The last couple of years must has been extremely difficult & stressful for them but at no time did their standard drop & I was always treated with the same
care & efficiency.

I am leaving the area and am forced to find another GP practice - Cross Deep will be a hard act to follow. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Cross Deep for everything they have done for me over many years.

Everyone in this surgery is working so hard. I never had any problems with anyone. All the doctors are amazing and excellent with their job.
The reception is quite busy and chaotic some peak hours but to be honest they are trying their best to help you!
I always feel very lucky to have Cross Deep as my GP !

I have been with Cross Deep Surgery since I moved to Twickenham two years ago to care for my elderly uncle - he has been with them for decades. In that time I have found everyone there to be not just very good at their job (they are), but open, friendly, accessible and helpful. There is very much the feel of a small clinic serving the community at Cross Deep - something which is sadly very rare at GPs nowadays. Everyone ; doctors, clinical staff, support staff, receptionists - the whole team - have been nothing but helpful, supportive and professional through what have obviously been very difficult times for both their patients and them.

The staff at Cross Deep are truly amazing. I am especially thankful to the lovely nurse Manny who did my daughter's baby and 1 year immunisations and couldn't have been more caring, gentle and accommodating. Thank you for your kind and gentle approach - we feel very lucky for our little one having received care from you for all of her jabs!

I do not go to the doctor very often at all in fact almost never. I have had an accident at work 4 years ago. It involves heavy lifting and what I belive to be a sirius back injury. I will be honest I don't like going to the doctor for many reasons but if I have to I will. I have left this problem for a long time because I thought I could deal with the pain but I am only now starting to realize how bad it really is. I am in major pain everyday but I can handle it.
I called the doctor and I got a appointment that was brilliant but when I got to my appointment the doctor checked my back and decided that It wasn't bad and decided that I need to go to phsyio therapy. I told him that when I injured my back i felt a ripping pain up the middle of my back and I genuinely could not walk for 4 days but I hid the pain because I felt silly and didn't want to be put down by others.
I know I need some type of xray to get an idea of what is going on inside my back I think that it's obvious this is needed also yes I can tolerate a lot of pain because I have had a lot of it in my life but but I told the doctor how bad it is but he from what I can tell doesn't think so because I belive if he did or if he felt my pain in his back it would be DELT with with a more serious approach.

I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT HOW THE DOCTOR HAS DELT WITH MY PROBLEM.
