I injured my lower back and was unable to move without considerable pain. I frantically searched for specialist to assist and luckily found Leon. After the initial consultation he immediately performed the shockwave treatment and the results were impressive. I was still in some pain on that day but the following saw a vast improvement. After the 2nd session 3 days later you genuinely wouldn't have know anything was wrong. Can't recommend Leon and the clinic more, thank you very much.

My first time getting shockwave therapy and I was advised comprehensively by Dr Leon. Had 4 week procedure + 10 weeks of healing/rest time. The time has now passed and I'm fully healed, no more plantar fasciitis pains and I can jump and run like a gazelle again!

Most impressed with Physio Extra shockwave clinic , Leon the shockwave expert displayed wealth of knowledge & full understanding of my condition ( my 2 yrs stubborn & painful Achilles tendinitis ) , he uses the best Focused shockwave machine that is really cured my pain ! as I used radial shockwave in other clinics in London, the Focused Shockwave is much more superior & much more effective.. what more is the cost was very reasonable in comparison to other clinics in London ( especially the fact Physio Extra uses Focused Shockwave) .. Leon explained exactly how it works, the planned treatment programme & provided me with home injury management programme.

This is the only clinic in london offers real focused shockwave therapy ( not radial shockwave ) .. it cured my plantar fasciitis and my heel pain disappeared for good. Leon is a real shockwave specialist, I had a full assessment, diagnosis and full treatment plan. All this for a very reasonable cost considering it's a real shockwave. I highly recommend this clinic .

Extremely impressed with the professionalism of this clinic. I had been suffering with very painful elbows and tendons due to intensive weight training. I saw Dr Almashan for a consultation and he immediately diagnosed me with medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow). He prescribed me three treatments of Shockwave therapy, using extracoporeal focused Shockwave therapy. The results have been nothing less than amazing. I am now pain free and have returned to full training.

I was also very impressed with Dr Almashan’s warm and professional manner. His consultation was extremely thorough and the explanation he gave me was insightful and very detailed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Simply put, I can’t recommend Leon or his practice highly enough. I was struggling with constant leg pain and I was unsatisfied after two trips to NHS practices resulted in me being sent away with paracetamol and stretches, despite my feeling that something more significant was causing the issue I was experiencing.

In our first session, Leon was able to very quickly diagnose my issue (Slipped/Herniated Disk) and planned a course of treatment to address it using Shockwave Therapy. He took care to explain everything to me clearly and provided great advice on how to both manage and improve my symptoms. (A subsequent MRI scan would show my injury to be exactly as he initially diagnosed)

Like most people, I was keen to avoid surgery and Shockwave has been the alternative treatment to this. I’ve been pleased with the results and the ease of treatment. Sessions take less than half an hour, and with no after effects, you can just get straight on with your day.

Leon himself is exceptionally knowledgable and cares deeply about getting people back to good health. He's very creative in his approach and our sessions were always varied, drawing on other techniques alongside the shockwave therapy.

After trying many different treatments over a long time to try to recover from bilateral medial and lateral epicondilitis and muscle damage from chainsaw vibrations, Leon's shockwave treatment was instrumental in achieving significant healing in a relatively short space of time. I was very pleased with the treatment I received recently for my foot and ankle from Nim, the senior Physio at this clinic. I saw her in a bit of a panic a month ago as I was about to undertake a 5 day walk up Mt Kilimanjaro, & my right foot was hurting quite a lot whenever I started walking. Not the ideal situation in which to start such a trip ! - but two sessions under the expert knowledgeable care of Nim improved matters enormously
