The worst GP I have ever delt with! I do not recommend anyone to go to their reception and ask even to be booked for any appointments, because the staff is always finding excuse to ignore you. You will be told to call them to book appointment and at the end they will disconnect your calls. Disaster!!!

Been with the surgery for 30 years since the practice has been taken over it’s gone down hill. Made an appointment at 2.50 got seen at 3.30 . Asked to see the practice manager but he was to busy to come to the front desk. I than got a call from Dr Odedra in the conversation I told him that it was ridiculous that we had to wait for so long, think they taken on more patients than they can see , we can never make appointments always so booked . His reply and solution that he disagrees and that there are many more surgery’s if I want to leave .
Any Good GP would address the issues not ask his patients to leave . Appalling customer service . I’ve been there longer than his been a GP. When I asked him to put this in writing he refused .

Cannot get appointments then when given one turn up to see a staff member (not doctor) of unknown qualification. Dr Odedra invites the patients to leave if they complain about the poor level of care. This alone shows the total contempt and lack of care for the patients. Doctors also seem to lack knowledge shrugging and deferring to hospital consultants who rarely see patients. No longer expect any level of care from this practice, may be best to communicate with them only in writing given their attitude to patients during consultations .

I've been with Carepoint practise for over 7 years and I've had only positive experiences. Always been able to get same day appointments for my kids. For adults, depending on the severity, we were able to get same day, or next day appointments.
The new e-consult is fantastic! Fill in the form, wait for a doc's call, and I could even get a same day appointment! Wish this was rolled out earlier :)
Special shout out to Dr Manish Patel for correctly diagnosing my health issues on more than one occasion.

I required medical opinion for court, where the staff had to comb through my medical history as far back as Jan 2000. They did so and provided and accurate letter, which is not a guarantee from my past experience with Acre surgery. So happy I changed.
They also supported me through difficult personal circumstances since 2019, where I encountered lots of barriers to get access in the secondary care sector.

I e mailed the surgery on Sunday evening (1.11.20) for medical advice. At 8.45 am on Monday morning I had a call from the surgery offering me a face to face appointment that same morning. I was seen by Dr Nandakumar, a locum, who I cannot praise highly enough. He listened to me, arranged for investigations and prescribed me medication.

The whole experience was first class. Thank you very much Dr Nandakumar.

If it let you give 0 I would! My mum has had diabetes since January and the GP hasn't seen her once, despite hospital consultant stating in a written letter to the surgery that this was required. Rude staff

I made a call today to see a GP via telephone consultation. After explaining my problem, I was asked to come in to see Dr Khan. I have not been or made an appt since covid started so didn’t expect for an appointment to be booked in straight away. Very impressed with that service.
I would highly like to recommend Dr Khan who I saw today. She was very patient, professional, took the time to listen and talk to me and explain things to me. In the past, I’ve felt that the GP’s rush things ( not their fault too as they’ve got to work within a time frame and under pressure) but they should be able to make the patient comfortable and not nervous.
I’d definitely request to make appointments to see Dr Khan in the future. Not had a GP like this for years.
