My family are registered with fitznells and over the last number of years I have had to call reception/doctors a number of times. I have always found the receptionists helpful and polite. They have always gone out of their way to assist me and my relatives. I would have no hesitation in recommending fitznells to anyone. Well done all of you. Ps: THANK YOU 😊.

Terrible service, never answer the phones and expect everything to be done on a very poor and not very interactive website. If you miss a call from a doctor from a request, they have withheld their number, meaning you have to try and call the surgery, who never, ever pick up, or submit another request and wait for a call again! The doctors themselves are lovely and always helpful, but reception and the way the surgery is run is awful, they need someone to come in and completely revamp their operations to make them more patient friendly.

They also shut often, when they are busy and not able to facilitate servicing their patients, they just shut everything down, sometimes for days on end, with the only way to get assistance either being 111 or 999!

You can't book an appointment on the phone, after a very lengthy wait for them to answer, they refer you to an online system which tells you that you can't get an appointment. 111 is the only answer until i change surgery. They used to be very good and i am not sure what has changed but they are awful now. Any doctor you do get to see are great, the booking process and whoever answers the phones really let them down

No one answers the phone any more and the website is not user friendly. When you can get through to the GPs, most are very professional and helpful - have been using the surgery for 10yrs. Used to be a better system.

They don't answer phones and the website request form for appointments is sometimes shut down for days. There is no way to request a face-to-face appointment, so you can only deal with the doctor over the phone. The doctors are great, but the surgery is massively letting patients down.

Update: 21/1/22 The appointments system has yet again been shut down. Impossible to request an appointment.

Awful. Don't use this GP. They do not answer calls and if they do teh reception staff are not helpful or don't even try to help. Even for urgent issues they will not speak to you and you have to wait a few dyas for a response. Worse GP I've even used, they even closed the feedback and complaint form as they have reached their limit for the day.
