I cannot thank Dr Katz enough. She has been my GP for almost 10 years and her help has been consistent throughout. She will go above and beyond to help and solve issues. I trust her medical advice 100%. She is an amazing doctor and person.

I recently joined this surgery and am very happy with the service I've received. Not only are the GP's excellent, but the pharmacist was extremely helpful and the reception team are friendly and efficient. I also found it easier than I expected to get the appointments I needed.

Have been with this surgery for a few years now and in the main they are efficient and helpful and provide a decent service. There are a couple of things though that could improve the privacy and confidentiality of patients. I attended there this morning for a booked flu vaccination. Unfortunately the vaccines were being given in an open waiting room. No privacy screen and in front of other waiting patients. I felt very uncomfortable with this as I do believe there should be privacy for people having vaccines. Please can the practice manager organise this.

I have recently joined this practice. Although I struggled a little with the app to book appointments I have been very impressed with both the ability to book telephone appointments and more importantly, the care received on the telephone and at the surgery. I find the surgery very helpful, reception staff are polite and friendly and no matter what doctor I see, they are great, really clear, and have time for me despite being busy. Both phone and face to face communication have been clear and I feel confident in the care I received there.I have seen reception staff being so flexible- sorting out problems with the app, as well as dealing with other comms.

A brilliant GP practise. Conscientious, quick to make things happen whether for a referral or in house blood / urine tests and receptionists who are thorough in. All their dealings. Feel incredibly lucky to have the brilliant Dr.Kats as my GP. Thank you for all you have done for my family and I.

The staff, including the receptionist, pharmacist, and nurses, were all kind and very helpful and supportive. Dr. D. Khan is an amazing doctor who provided high-quality medical care. Recently, I took my mother to the surgery and she was examined by him. He was very patient with her. The way he spoke to her and the care he showed her made her feel valued. He asked her many questions to understand the cause of her pain and was very knowledgeable. He also explained things in an easy way that any elderly person could understand. He called us at home to update us with every result he received from the hospital, including blood counts, X-rays, and CT scans, so I didn't have to chase anything that I needed to know. Every referral he made, he also followed up on and shared with us via call. My mother kept talking about the service Dr. Khan provided us to all her friends and family.

I've had consistently positive experiences with GUHC's reception team, Dr.'s and nurses. They give you time, make you feel heard, while always being friendly and professional. I've had a few specific challenges over the years which they have always made an effort to accommodate - something I greatly appreciate. If you are looking for a surgery I happily recommend this one.
