St Peter's Medical Centre

Generally the receptionists were quite nice, had 1-2 bad experiences here and there but nothing too bad. One of the doctors are great, the man downstairs on the left. He’s the only one that listened to my concern about my daughter’s problems and referred us to a professional.
Now the rest of it.. every time there seems to be a problem. I went here with my daughter crying in pain after 2 days of 40+ fever and I was told they can’t tell what it is exactly and I should give paracetamol and ibuprofen. Then my mum has been asking to be referred for ages as she hasn’t been feeling well and they just ignore her concerns (not to mention once she saw the doctor search her diagnosis up on Google). Plenty more situations..
Everything’s “normal” for them, nothing is a concern and I feel like they don’t really bother, I’m in the process of changing gps hopefully we find one that actually cares 😊

Caring doctors, nurses and admin staff. Always managed to get appointments promptly using simple system.

This is an outstanding GP practice. All staff are kind, empathetic and extremely helpful. I am always impressed at the speed and efficiency of getting an appointment (via PATCHS) and the willingness of medical staff to make referrals when necessary. We feel very lucky as a family to have such a great GP practice on our doorstep.

Excellent experience at this Practice. Great patient handling by reception team. Efficient nurse practitioners. Good consultations with doctors. Keep up the great work!

Saw diabetes nurse RL this morning. She listened and examined my feet and give me more dietary advice. And thanks to the receptionist who open the door for us three patients not to freeze outside.

From reception to admin, nurses, pharmacists, doctors and HCAs, they all are very caring, professional ,kind , polite and hardworking. I thank everyone at St Peter's for the care they are providing for my family.

I can’t fault the service and the care provided by the GPs and staff. In my opinion this the best I ever registered. If you are new to the area and are looking for a new GP practice, look no further.

Very happy with the standard and speed of care at St Peter's Medical Centre. It's in a church building at the heart of the community which is great.
