Quite honestly disgusted with the attitude of the receptionists at this place. When my mother complained that her appointment had been skipped over and the person due to go in after her went in first, she was told not to complain because "they have enough aggravation as it is" - if you can't do your job, get a different one! They also locked the side door, then passive aggressively said "We were all on the phone, we're not the only ones that can open the door, you know" as she walked past me to open the door for a patient. Last time I checked, I didn't work here...

Doctors aren't much cop either, but it's dealing with the reception staff that I can't stomach.

Rude receptionists. Absolutely horrible. I’m a nurse myself and I know what a busy shift is. These women are quite frankly the worst receptionists I have ever encountered. No patience and clearly don’t want to be working there. Unfortunately a lot of the good GP’s have left or retired so now apart from Dr Lee and Dr Bland, all else are useless.

Every time i call greenwood phone lines are closed but the surgery is open with staffs available at reception!. How can someone simply get in touch without having to travel, especially if they are unwell/ have covid. I had to call 111 because of this illogical decision— the service baffles me.
