Richford Gate Primary Care Centre

Was told to wait 5 days to know if they provide meningitis vaccinations, then they said they didn't and referred me to a pharmacy. Then told by Pharmacy they won't give a vaccine if travelling in 5 days time only minimum 10 days. Useless GP.

I had a very positive experience when i attended Richford Gate Medical Practice to see my GP Dr McDonald. She treated me in a very professional and confident manner, attending to my needs with care and patience. When i left the surgery i felt much better, mentally and physically. It is always a great relief to know that my ailments are being addressed and in the process of being healed.

I find the staff here to be always really helpful and pleasant to deal with and I appreciate all that they do to ensure my families prescriptions are kept up to date.

Website information for working hours is wrong , they’re not open on Saturdays !

For almost 3 months I can not get complete Medical Application for a London Private Hire Driver’s Licence. For 3 months I can not go to work and nobody knows how long it will take.
Next time when the bills come, I will give you a callback.

Getting an appointment here is a joke. They moved to a questionable online system to be 'more efficient' and reverted back to a phone system when things got really busy during COVID. Guaranteed to keep you on hold for like 5 mins regardless of the need. In short - feels very disorganized.

Absolutely excellent GP practice. Fast and easy access to GP and other appointments. We are lucky to have it.

Always received excellent service over the years. All doctors and nurses seem to give an an extraordinary amount of time to each visit. Highly professional all around. However recently during the lockdown the practice has beaten all expectations. From a relatively off the cuff comment I made to a nurse I received a call from a Dr Khan.who not only dealt with that immediate issue also sent me for further tests which revealed I had cancer. I'm certain that the extra mile the that Dr Khan was willing to go & the speed, professionalism & compassion with which the practice acted saved my life. I could go on but I shan't. Needless to say I would highly recommend Richford Gate.
