I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. I NEVER CLAM ANYTHING FROM THEM.
ONE DAY I ASKED FOR HELP, HAVING PROBLEM WITH, briefing.
I sent them a letter from my GP and I olso sent them nice email and explain them everything about my problem..
In the next couple of days I received a call that I will not be authorised to see specialist.
The reason is because I felt on my nose when I was 14. Because of that they will not offer me any help.
Is that pre existing condition?
No!
Evrey kids at time can run and fall off, I've never seen anyone any doctor in my life because of that. I'm 43 years old and recently in the last year i have some problems and I was told off by BUPA.
THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN THEY NEED TO GIVE YOU BACK, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR EXCUSES EXCUSES...
PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE NOT BUPA!
THEY ARE SCAM!
