As an international student who arrived in London recently, the staff and doctors at this surgery were really helpful and caring. They ensured I received all necessary information and vaccinations and also handled my registration process seamlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this surgery to everyone. Dr.Sunita deserves a special mention, she was really kind and supportive and treated me well.

I would like to start of by saying, if there was an option of a minize review, I would actually pay for this!

This is the worst GP surgery ever, infact I dont even know how they are trading as a GP!

In addition to the above, the Dr Vengupal is so rude, he doesn't want to elaborate in depth and will always go in to the easy option until your situation is worse!

Furthermore, his wife, I dont know her name, she thinks she knows more than a cancer doctor. She is swearing, shouting, screaming at patients and staff. There daughter has reunited with them as a doctor, but I dont know think she has a value as her parents are leading it!

Finally, I would like to say to avoid this GP and not even go there, I think your better of sitting at home, looking for google information!

I Srinivas Devulapally and My wife and my two children are suffered with Cough, fever which are COID 19 symptoms in the month of April 2020 and we contacted my GP Dr Venugopal and Dr Sunitha both advised very good and given prescription online and sent to the nearest pharmacy and we both followed their advice and recovered. Whenever we given a call we have good response from surgery. Very much appreciated about their advice and service. Definitely I preferred to suggest this surgery and giving five star rating.

Esk Road Surgery is the only one surgery from 1983 since i come to London. I have been always treated well. I love the hospitality , Kindness and taking care of me and my all family members by the Dr Venugopal. . Recently i visited twice and met new arrival of smiling Happy face young Lady Doctor(Sunitha) meeting and going through my medical details and given full advice. I am very overwhelmed by her consultations for diabetic reviews. Thank you Dr Sunitha.Kind Regards

I heard about the GP and they treat well with good hospitality. I strongly recommend my friends Dr Suneetha treated very well during COVID-19 with good advice, educate the patient and given good treatment. All the other doctors and staff are treating the patients with respect and dignity.

I cannot put into words the attitude of a receptionist who refused to allow a patient to communicate by email. Reason: she doesn't want to man the inbox!! Really. Unfortunately my brief experience was short lived and these people are not my GP. Thank goodness

I have been registered here since 5 yrs and i always get good service and prompt appointment and medication. Recent times i had an appointment with young doctor ( Dr. Suneetha) her treatment for the problem is really good and definitely i would recommend this GP.

Literally disgusting, the attitude with patients is absolutely pathetic. How dare you scream at my face thinking that you own me just because I am a patient your centre. there's no need to elaborate as their are other reviews down here that would explain. I am going to change my GP right away. Avoid this GP.
