The whole team have been great! Always get an appointment and when it comes to family always on it. I get very good results and as a family are very pleased with the surgery and care from the doctors.

I just now noticed how bad raiting. To be honest, I had an issue. But I sorted out a private clinic. Yes, I paid £200. Plus, laboratory test. Timely correct diagnosis prescription and no stress, no headache sorted. Otherwise, take moths to get any help from gp. In the end, I just can't stand out and give up, and my choice was private clinic. Now I have another issue. But in the end call on Mon 8am. Or appointment after one month. Still do not understand how people book appointments if it urgently. Stuff changes all the time. Why not leave the voicemail option. If urgent go to hospital. Or call 999

I have been trying to book a phone appointment with a doctor to discuss my symptoms despite my test results coming back as normal, and they don’t have any appointments available. Every single day, no appointments. With so many patients and they only have less then 10 appointments available. That’s horrible. It’s so sad that as a patient I have to chase doctors who are supposed to help me. It breaks my heart and it’s so ridiculous..

I don't understand or agree with the negative reviews at all. I have found the staff at reception AND the doctors (previous and current) to be as helpful as possible, and efficient, and friendly. Sure, you have to call early as the phones get busy, but details are taken quickly, call-backs are received same day, and appointments are also made promptly depending on the severity of the issue. For example, called 8am, Dr called around 11am, appointment made for next day, to which I was seen promptly, and 2 follow up calls received at before 7pm that night with some promised information available next day. All with the NHS under so much pressure at the moment. Thank you Southbury Surgery. xxx

All GP practices have suffered during the pandemic but this place has completely gone to the dogs since Keating and Appleton left. The receptionists are rude, unhelpfull and uncaring, assuming they actually answer the phone. Every request is messed up and getting to see a doctor is virtually impossible. Nothing gets followed up. I am actively looking to move to a different practice and I can only advise you do the same if you value your health.

The worst practice in Enfeild. Since Dr Keaton and Appleton retired. The practice has gone down the drain.
CQC Better re-visit them for a new update. The service is more than worst, they don’t care, don’t know how to pick the phone, the nurses are don’t know what it takes to be a nurse.
My advice CLOSE THE DARM SURGERY. You can’t even get a doctor to speak with because of the receptionist.

Poor service, tried to book an appointment with a nurse for a prescribed vitamin injection and was told fully booked try again next week. This is not the level of service you would expect from your GP.
