Linden Avenue was my first doctor's surgery when my family moved to Kettering 49 years ago. As with most places now it is more difficult to see a Doctor but that is just how things are everywhere. The staff at Linden Avenue have always been helpful and do their best to sort any issues I have.

I have been having extreme anxiety and panic over some health concerns. The team at Linden have exceeded all my expectations, particularly given the strains all GPs are experiencing. I use the online contact form, and the service is excellent. My sincere thanks to the team, especially Dr Alice Corner.

Cannot fault any of the staff or the service provided at Linden. The new way of filling out a form online makes renewing prescriptions so much easier! I have had 2 health concerns in the pass year and booking an appointment has been ridiculously easy. I’ve felt so heard and been provided blood forms, and other forms of testing. Couldnt recommend enough. Thank you so much.

Tries to do the best they can.We are all living in hard and frustrating times, but overall a comical and confusing practice with poor communication levels. Still very grateful you exist at all. Some staff would benefit from a course in "listening skills".

I have an on going ear and sinus problem which causes my eardrum to perforate and bleed. Today I tried to seek out help and medication and was met by an extremely rude receptionist by the name of Mandy. She kept cutting my sentences short, not allowing me to explain my situation (that's been going on for 10 years). When I asked her to stop interrupting her tone became aggressive and she blatantly. denied not allowing me to speak (she also cut me off once again to say this). I didn't get anywhere with her and all she did was sent me a link. I NEED ANTIBIOTICS! The level of patient care at Linden surgery is now non existent and its an absolute joke. The same receptionist was also rude to an elderly gentleman in front of me who came in because he had cut himself and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Instead of calling help as an emergency she told him there's nothing she can do and to go to A&E. Her manner to myself and the elderly chap was quite simply disgusting. She either needs retraining in patient care or just sacking. Ive never been treated so poorly by a healthcare "professional". I will be making an official complaint to the appropriate body.

Not what it used to be, appreciate that Covid has made things hard for everyone but can't seem to get through on the phone, after listening to a very patronising message, you get cut off. Went in and spoke to receptionist who told me to complete online triage form between 6-10 am to get an appointment but the link doesn't work and online triage never seems to be available.

Some of my children attend this surgery. I have had reason to escort two of my cherubs here individually several times recently. I was each time able to book an appointment for them within 24-hours (unlike my surgery) was treated with respect and consideration by phone staff and reception staff. Each of the different doctors that we saw had wonderful "bed side manners," listened well, were helpful, friendly and courteous too. Sally Service Hound was welcomed as well. Not that it's relevant but the beautiful and brainy female doctors make the visit even more pleasant!

A highly recommend doctor's surgery in my humble opinion.

I used to be registered with this surgery but I unfortunately and foolishly moved to another practice, where I now struggle to get an appointment within 30-days of my initial call???

No GP appointments available for 2 weeks apparently

Called this morning at 8am and waited in a queue for 15minutes to get through to the receptionist to book my 4month old daughter in to see a GP, as advised to do so by the doctor through the online system.
The receptionist advised there are no available appointments for my daughter to see any doctor until 30th November and I was advised to take her to A&E instead if she needs to see a doctor sooner.

Very poor service, especially for such a young and vulnerable patient.

It’s no wonder that hospitals are under so much pressure when people are being told to go to A&E because somehow there are not any GP appointments available for weeks.
