This Gp practise is no longer good, the receptionist these days are rude and inconsiderate. The manager is also inconsiderate and does not take any accountability in how the practise operates instead she’s just justifying non stop. My sister is also a patient here and they don’t treat her any better. I do not recommend patients to register here

I am very disappointed with this GP, my parents have prescriptions for their condition and they have failed so many times to provide their medicine on time, this has affected my parents and their accordion a lot. I am so unhappy with this services how they neglect their clients. Every time I attend with my parents they always get ignored, so unhappy and thinking to change the GP.

This surgery is so helpful and accomodating where possible. Dr Silva is the doctor I have spoken to the most regarding my mental health and I find it very easy to talk to her. I have spoken to others and on the whole this surgery is your mental health needs as priority. I wish I moved surgery's sooner. Thank you talking park health centre for all your help

If I could give 0* I would. Definitely need to change to other surgery as many people who are working here are completely useless. Waste of the time and NHS money.

Doctor is fine but getting any appointment or even getting through to them when calling is nearly impossible. They really need to fix their reception situation. I regret that I changed to this GP. Would be easier going the distance.

My experience of the nurses has been consistently excellent. Slightly mixed with the GPs but definitely more on the good side. Generally the reception staff are lovely and make me feel comfortable.

Some key things are problematic though:

1. You cant make appointments online. You have to call up and the wait to get through can be long. Makes it tough to do.

2. There seems to be no way to send a note or somethint to the doctor or do things by email or other messaging option which is really difficult.

3. Repeat prescriptions are an absolute nightmare. You send an email into the abyss and then their pharmacy team (managed by the Harbs pharmacists) informs me that they refuse to meet reasonable accommodations for disclosed disabilities, or even to have basic decency of acknowledging receipt of your request, let alone letting you know once it's processed and sent to the pharmacy. So you have no idea whats going on for days, sometimes longer. So you just have to keep calling your pharmacy to find out if they have your prescription yet, as long as you remember and have time and capacity and when i have emailed begging for help or some kind of adjustment or acknowledgement or anything, the pharmacy team have been really dismissive and it's clear they have no interest in providing any support or reviewing their system.

4. Econsult system is also awful to navigate. It's long and convoluted and confusing and has too many questions and repetition but also word counts. Very frustrating that this is sometimes the fastest way to get an appointment because otherwise they insist that you have a telephone appointment first, which doesn't make sense for something that needs to be seen physically

I do want to end though by saying that i do really appreciate the actual doctors and nurses and reception staff here, theyre all nice and I've had predominantly good experiences over the years ive been a patient here. It's really just the systems in place that i have a problem with. I know some of those systems are not directly implemented by EPHC but i also know that other practices do have alternative/more options and are much better for communication procedures/options and there is the feature to allow for making appointments online, they just choose not to make it work for their practice seemingly.

I find the staff helpful and called up the other day and got an appointment the next day to my surprise. Saw the locum Dr and she was so nice and friendly easy to talk to. Felt the Dr listened.
